國際扶輪參與公益服務計劃之企業社會責任 — 以忠義國小多元課輔服務計劃為例

摘要


隨著企業社會責任觀念日漸成熟,許多企業主不僅用企業名義進行社會責任,也越來越多企業主以個人名義參與扶輪社等非營利組織,對社會上的弱勢族群進行危難救助,因此扶輪社友大多數為企業主,但過去的文獻並沒有研究指出企業社會責任與非營利組織能否共存,每次的救助計劃可能都變成單一案例沒有延續性,本研究筆者做為一個企業主與扶輪社社長的角色,希望能藉由研究改善情況,將兩個角色合而為一,提出非營利組織與企業的結合方法,造福更多社會弱勢族群。 本研究採用質性研究法,針對國際扶輪臺北市群英扶輪社的忠義國小多元課輔計劃,進行質性田野方法研究,找出扶輪社參與計劃執行後,忠義國小的改變與影響的結果。本研究採用之訪談法選定計劃中的利害關係人,以深度訪談的方式詢問利害關係人在經過計劃後的想法,並以計劃之1.優缺點;2.造成的影響力;3.參與者身心靈上的改變;4.參與者對於企業社會責任的認識,以上作為訪談問題的依據,並藉著與利害關係人進行資料蒐集及驗證,進而推論此項計劃的成功與否,改善計劃的優缺點來探討可否複製此項計劃,用於協助其他弱勢團體。 本論文在研究上之貢獻為探討廣義的國際扶輪參與公益服務計劃,最後再聚焦回基本教育與識字BEL領域,回應忠義國小案例,最後提出「企業多元課程計劃」,給予國內外企業執行企業社會責任時,多了一個新的方向,此計劃不僅可以增加員工的歸屬感與幸福感,非營利組織將來也可以與其合作,帶領企業全體員工共同參與公益活動。

As the concept of corporate social responsibility matures, many business owners not only use the name of the enterprise to perform social responsibility, but also more and more business owners participate in non-profit organizations such as Rotary clubs in their personal name to provide relief to the disadvantaged groups in society. Therefore, Most of the Rotary club members are business owners, but the past literature has not pointed out whether corporate social responsibility and non-profit organizations can coexist. Each rescue plan may become a single case without continuity. The author of this study is a company The roles of the host and the president of the Rotary Club hope that by studying and improving the situation, the two roles can be merged into one, and a method for combining non-profit organizations and enterprises can be proposed to benefit more socially disadvantaged groups. This study uses qualitative research methods to focus on the multi-curricular supplementary program of Zhongying Elementary School of the International Rotary Club of Taipei City Qunying, and conducts qualitative field method research to find out the changes and influences of Zhongyi Elementary School after the implementation of the Rotary Club’s participation in the plan. the result of. The interview method used in this study selects the stakeholders in the plan, and asks the stakeholders what they think after the plan through in-depth interviews, and uses plan 1, advantages and disadvantages, 2, influence, 3, participants Physical and mental changes, 4. Participants’ understanding of corporate social responsibility. The above is used as the basis for the interview questions. The interviews are conducted with stakeholders to collect and verify research data to study the success of the plan and improve the plan’s performance. Pros and cons and explore whether this plan can be replicated to assist other disadvantaged students and rescue schools that are about to face abandonment. The research contribution of this thesis is to explore the broad international Rotary participation in the public welfare service plan, and finally focus on the basic education and literacy BEL field, respond to the case of Zhongyi Elementary School, and finally propose the "enterprise diversified curriculum plan" for domestic and foreign companies to implement In terms of corporate social responsibility, there is a new direction. This plan can not only increase the sense of belonging and happiness of employees, but non-profit organizations can also cooperate with them in the future to lead all employees of the company to participate in public welfare activities.
