摘要


本論文採用電路板技術設計及製作平面式通量閘磁場感測器。封閉鐵磁帶連結驅動及感測線圈,驅動和感測線圈可交替使用以便量測另一個垂直方向的磁場。與其他文獻作比較,本設計功率消耗最低,相同線性範圍內有更高的靈敏度。

A planar fluxgate magnetic field sensor is designed and implemented on printed circuit board (PCB). A closed loop of ferromagnetic tape is used to link two sets of coils which are alternately used as driving coils and sensing coils, respectively. Compared with other designs found in the literatures, this design consumes less power, has a higher sensitivity and similar linear range.
