摘要
相較中國的日本企業的苦戦局面、 台灣企業為何能成功呢？ 近年、日本企業與台灣企業的合併、利用日本企業的台灣子公司的方式進入中國投資的CASE慢慢増加。 日本企業與台灣企業連手提携的方式進出中國投資是否較其單獨進出有効呢？ 實際的狀況又是如何呢？
