RFID在Wal-mart及美國國防部SST計劃的推動之下,在全球物流業中掀起一陣熱潮,而在物流中,各個品項的追蹤管理也成為全球發展趨勢。本研究旨在探討RFID科技在貨櫃運輸上可應用之流程改造及系統導入。 本研究將貨櫃依其使用循環分成九大流程,透過分析貨櫃場的現有流程,再找出貨櫃場管理現有流程之問題,同時研究RFID之各類科技屬性,依據貨櫃管理及RFID之屬性,規劃出一系列貨櫃管理導入RFID之新流程,並列舉貨櫃場在流程導入的過程中,所需之基礎建設。 本研究結果顯示將RFID科技導入貨櫃管理中,可為貨櫃運輸管理帶來自動動態登錄及全面物流追蹤與為客戶提供即時情報服務的效益,不但可以提故流程作業效率,亦可以提供加值服務,可預想未來RFID在貨櫃運輸上的應用,為其發展之必然趨勢。
After Wal-mart announced that it will implement RFID technology, RFID has become a popular issue in logistics. And tracing each item also becomes a trend in the whole world. This research's subject is to discuss how to apply RFID technology in the containerized traffic. The research divided the whole procedure into 9 small procedures by container's using cycle. After analyzing the original procedure of container yard, we try to find out the problem of them. According to the attributes of RFID, we planed a serious of new procedure for container yard, and list all fundamental infrastructures during the whole procedure. The research reveals that RFID technology can make container being auto tracked, and will provide customers information about their goods immediately. It not only increases the efficiency, but also provides additional service. So we can predict that using RFID in containerized traffic is inevitable trend.
