策略創新:動態創新商業模式之研究 —以S集團為例

摘要


全美管理學院排名第四名的MIT史隆管理學院(Sloan School of Management) 副院長 Steven Eppiinger 2008年來台參加GPD (Global Product Development)年度大會時提及國際性的大公司一定要具備技術創新,策略創新的能力,品牌經營能力,或者成為價值鏈上的價值整合者(Value Integrator)。他強調台灣的企業大都是簡單的經營模式(注重生產、效率、速度)、簡單的策略(成本導向)、簡單的組織結構(家族企業),很難成為跨國公司,關鍵在於管理的廣度和深度不夠。要成為成功的跨國企業需要全方位的管理,創新的策略,輔以精確的執行能力,再根據實際的生態環境、競爭對手的反應隨時作商業模式動態的調整、修正因應策略,才能鞏固企業基石,求得永續經營的核心能力。 一家成功的企業,為了因應不同時期的挑戰,高階經理人無不追求創新、最適當的管理方式、技巧以使企業體的潛能發揮到極致,為股東帶來最大利益,為公司創造永續經營。動態創新商業模式的創新為策略創新的重要一環,近年來已成為業界追求變革,轉型的主流,也就是在劇變的環境中在有限的資源條件之下,整合資源,將企業組織間發揮到最高效能,達到高效的學習型團隊。 本研究為混合型的研究取向但以建構主義的面向,以S集團為個案,蒐集原始資料,深入探索與實地調查,意圖建構動態創新商業模式的創新理論與模型,並以量化方法驗證其模型,對學術、產業界提供了一份有價值的研究。 本研究對學術界的貢獻以及發現在於要建構動態創新商業模式DIBM(Dynamic Innovative Business Model) 成功要素: 以需求動力,結盟為手段,協作為方法,價值為核心,希望對企業經營提供有價值的參考。

The Sloan School of Management, MIT - ranked fourth in the United States administration , Associate Dean Steven Eppiinger to participate in the GPD (Global Product Development) 2008 Annual General Assembly in Taiwan , referred to large international companies must have a technological innovation, the capability for innovative strategy, brand management capabilities, or a value integrator value in the value chain。 Steven stressed that Taiwan enterprises are mostly simple business model (focusing on production), a simple strategy (cost leadership), a simple organizational structure (family-owned business), it's hard to become a MNC (Multinational Corporation),the key reasons are lack of breadth and depth in the management. To become a successful multinational corporation need a full range of management ability , innovative strategy and backed up by precise execution capability , then fulfill dynamic adjust business model , modify strategies according to the ecological environment , reaction based on competitors strategy at any time, Finally , we can consolidate the cornerstone of enterprise and pursuit core abilities of sustainable business . A successful enterprise, For preparing the challenges in different periods, senior managers are always pursuing of appropriate and innovative management methods, techniques to enable enterprises to maximize their potential, maximum benefits for the shareholders and create sustainable business of the company. DIBM (Dynamic Innovative Business Model) as an important role of innovative strategy in recent years and the mainstream when enterprises pursuit for reform and transformation based on limited resources and changed environment , that is the integration of resources, move to the highest effectiveness of enterprise organization, to achieve a high performance team. Our study takes the hybrid approach based on constructivism-oriented , a case study of s group, obtaining raw data from line manager, in-depth exploration and investigation intended to construct a innovative theory and model which is dynamic business and provides a valuable contribution to the field. The Contribution to academia , our findings of this study is to construct a DIBM (Dynamic Innovative Business Model) and its success factors: demanding as motivation and alliances as a means of collaboration as methods and values as the core, we hope this research can be a valued reference for business operation .
