透地雷達運用於穀倉內異物之偵測

摘要


本研究的目的為運用透地雷達電磁波非破壞性探測系統偵測穀倉內異物之可行性。本研究選用4種不同頻率(900、400、350和100MHz)的雷達天線,以桃園縣蘆竹鄉農會之穀倉為實驗場地,分析的異物種類包括:鐵櫃、木箱和稻殼包。由於鐵櫃跟稻穀之介電常數相差最大,所以雷達接收訊號圖中以鐵櫃之訊號最為明顯,木箱跟稻殼包之訊號雖弱但也能偵測出來。在相同主機量測參數條件下,頻率較低之天線會有較強之訊號反應,其訊號衰減較小。此結果指出本研究所發展的透地雷達電磁波探測系統可以應用在穀倉內異物之偵測作業。

The objective of this research was to study the feasibility of applying non-destructive ground penetrating radar system to detect foreign objects in the paddy warehouses. Four types of antennas (frequency: 900, 400, 350, and 100MHz) were adopted to detect foreign objects of iron box, wood box, and rice husk that were buried in paddy warehouse located in Lu-Chu Farmer’s Association, Taoyuan, Taiwan. The difference of dielectric constants among foreign objects and paddy contributed respectively highest, higher and lower radar reflecting signals for iron box, wood box, and rice husk. The ground penetrating radar system developed in this study reveals the potential of detecting foreign objects in the paddy warehouses
