多功能批式製程之短期生產排程綜合比較研究

A Comparative Study on Short-term Production Scheduling of Multi-purpose Batch Processes

摘要


本研究對於在生產排程問題所面臨的問題及在過去二十多年來的解決方式作一簡單的回顧。並對三種具有不同特性的多產品之批式製程短期生產排程模型,進行介紹與比較探討。這三種模型分別是兩種連續式總體時間表示法模型與連續式單元時間表示法模型。過去的排程問題,為了解決計算效能的問題,由斷續式的時間表示法,進展到連續式時間表示法。而在連續式表示法上也有相當多的突破,來增進其計算效能。前兩者,連續式總體時間表示法模型在發展上有相當大的關連。而最後的連續式單元時間表示法模型,則是在時間軸的切割對象以操作單元為主。我們利用例題的模擬,來對這三種模型作一比較,並展示其成果。而對其中兩種以不同對象為時間點設立的連續式時間表示法,本研究也討論了其中的發現及各種可能問題。

In this paper, we reviewed the problems that we met when made the scheduling of batch process and how other researchers solving them in the past two decades. The comparison of three different model of scheduling of batch process was present. They are two kinds of global event base continuous-time model, and an unit-specific event based continuous-time model. In the past, the scheduling model has developed from the discrete-time representation to continuous-time representation to solving the efficiency of computing. There are many breakthrough in continuous-time representation. They were introduced and examined by the examples. The new global event base continuous-time model has the better performance in computational effort. In this research also analysed the two different base time representation, the global event base and the unit-specific event base in different way to estimate their performance.
