多功能批式製程之短期生產排程最適化研究

摘要


本研究針對一個批式工廠的短期生產排程最適化提供了一個可以考慮多種情況的數學模式,包含,各產品生產步驟均一致(Flowshop)的批式排程、產品的生產步驟不一致(Jobshop)的批式排程問題,考慮:產品進入操作單元前所需要的設定時間、產品傳入操作單元的輸送時間、產品在操作單元的處理時間、產品離開操作單元的輸送時間、生產不同產品操作單元所需要的轉換時間。也可以處理有關中間儲存策略的問題,包括了有限儲存槽(finite intermediate storage policy )、無儲存槽(no intermediate storage policy )、無限儲存槽(unlimited intermediate storage policy )、不能等待(zero-wait policy )、混合儲存(mixed intermediate storage policy )等。此一數學模式並可整合成一個混合整數線性問題。 在之前的文獻中並沒有一個數學模式能夠像本論文可以解決上述的問題。而本研究也做了4個例子考慮了多種情況,証明了本論文的數學模式能夠正確地處理多樣化的問題。

Abstract This paper proposes a simple mathematical model for efficient short-term scheduling of nonsequential multi-product and multi-unit batch processes under mixed intermediate storage policies and unit-dependent setup times and sequence-dependent changeover times to minimize the makespan or the earliness of the completion of the orders. The intermediate storage policies for the considered batch processes include unlimited intermediate storage (UIS), no intermediate storage (NIS), finite intermediate storage (FIS), zero wait (ZW), and mixed intermediate storage (MIS). The problem is formulated as a mixed-integer linear program (MILP). Several numerical examples are supplied, demonstrating the efficiency and the wide applicability of the proposed scheduling model in face of various different environment.
