渦卷式壓縮機軸頸軸承設計與分析

摘要


本論文主要研究渦卷式壓縮機潤滑系統內軸頸軸承的應用與分析。渦卷式壓縮機的潤滑供油系統可分為供油槽、供油管、下軸承、主軸承、上軸承及止推軸承。當壓縮機運轉時,供油槽內的潤滑油隨著曲柄軸的轉動,沿著曲柄軸內的供油管流至各個軸承元件,而達到供油的目的。根據基礎流體力學原理預估各軸頸軸承之供油壓力做為求解軸承特性之邊界條件。   利用數值方法計算各軸頸軸承的潤滑行為。首先使用有限差分法求解兩個耦合的雷諾方程式與能量方程式得到所需的壓力與溫度分佈。並且於求解過程中考慮溫度與黏度之間的關連性。進而根據所求得壓力與溫度分佈計算負荷量、旁側漏油量及姿態角等相關特性並建立相關圖表以供設計者參考使用。最後建立完整的數值計算程式,方便設計者改變不同的尺寸條件與輸入參數,期望對於往後不同機種的分析能夠有所幫助。

This paper presents the characteristics of journal bearings used in scroll compressors. There are several elements of oil supply system in scroll compressors including oil gallery, lower journal bearing, main journal bearing, upper journal bearing and thrust bearing. A numerical scheme was carried out to estimate the lubrication performance of these journal bearings. The pressure and temperature distributions were obtained by solving the coupled Reynolds and energy equations simultaneously using finite difference methods. The thermal effect of variable viscosity was also considered in the numerical scheme. Eventually, the characteristics of these journal bearings such as load capacity, attitude angle, and oil flow rate are presented in the forms of figures and charts, which are expected to be useful for engineering design.
