植物工廠最佳節能效率追蹤控制研究

摘要


本文的研究目的在於探討植物工廠的省能控制技術。本研究包含兩個子系統,分別是用於降低植物箱內溫度的制冷機,以及用於空氣取水的取水機。兩者皆為熱泵系統,但有不同的運轉目的。制冷機的功用在於使空氣流經蒸發器,再由出口之冷空氣降低植物工廠內的氣溫。而取水機目的為控制蒸發器上鰭片之溫度,使溫度接近露點溫度已達最佳取水的效果。過程中為精準控制植物工廠內的溫度以及濕度,需求得兩個子系統之控制轉移函數,設計適當控制器以求快速的達到要求,並減少穩態誤差。定義價值函數Fe及Fs,並由實驗證明兩個函數均有最佳點的存在,以做為追蹤的目標進行最佳效率點追蹤。由測試結果顯示,制冷機可藉此節省近40%的耗電量, 且COP維持在6的最佳效率點運轉。而取水機可藉此在各大氣條件下穩定追蹤最佳效率點,並計算出不同的最佳取水溫度,以達到節能取水的效用。

The research is focused on the maximum efficiency tracking control which is using on the plant factory. The system named plant factory contained two subsystem,air-conditioned heat pump and water-capturing heat pump.First system control temperature inside the plant factory.Second system condense vapor in air by changing the temperature of fin of evaporator. In order to control temperature and relate humid inside the plant factory,we got system transfer function by system identification. Furthermore, we design controller for both subsystem. The controller has benefit to improved transient response and steady-state response of system. For realized the smart control, we define Cost Function, Fe and Fs. We proved the existence of the maximum efficiency point of both function through experiment.The result show the maximum efficiency point tracking control (Smart Control)saved energy consumption of air-conditioned heat pump by 40%.Besides, water-capturing heat pump operated at the maximum efficiency point stably by Smart Control.
