工廠層次之生產力管理模式之建立與分析研究

摘要


當一個企業或國家經濟發展到某一階段時,發展速度便呈緩慢的現象,例如:經濟成長衰退、失業率上升與經營環境惡化等。而為了解決相關問題往往會藉由到成本更低廉的國家開發、新產品的推出、引進新投資、導入新技術、提高員工效率或改善經營方法等。而其中更以改善管理經營的方法最為廣泛接受且運用之道。本研究之目的在建立工廠層次之生產力衡量方法,並建立生產力評估架構及確認新產品與外包至大陸對生產力之影響。本研究以製造工廠為研究範圍,並選擇汽機車零組件業為對象,進行生產力管理模式之建立與應用。研究中首先探討生產力的發展,接著再以企業層次生產力的衡量方法加以修正,最後建立工廠層次之生產力管理模式。以個案的方式來驗證其工廠層次生產力管理模式之可行性,並藉著解釋各偏因素生產力指標來探討總和因素生產力之影響,並提供管理階層決策的依據、運用生產力之衡量再提出改善、提升生產力之建議。

When an enterprise or the national economics developing into a certain stage, developing speed grows slowly. For example: The developing of economics declining, the rate of unemployment rising etc. In order to solve the problems, people will manufacture in a cheaper country, create new products, reinvestment, improve staff's efficiency or the business method etc. And by improving and managing the way that has used extensively and widely accepted. First introduce the meaning of productivity and the research of company level productivity. And this paper emphasizes on the factory level of productivity. Three productivity indices are addressed for the productivity measurement. Through the definition of input and output factors that sets up and evaluate the productivity model. In addition, according to the productivity model being developed, several issues related to manufacturing decisions are discussed, such as outsourcing and new product manufacturing. Finally, an electric parts manufacturing factories are adopted for illustrating and validating the performance of productivity measurement. The productivity model was confirmed by the case company. And through the explanation of the influencing partial factor productivity to total factor productivity that can support managers analyze and make decisions. Due to the productivity point ; enhance the quality on manufacturing decisions.
