大型賽事-舉辦國的經營管理

Mega sport event-the Business and Management of Hosting Country

摘要


奧運及世足是國際兩大賽事。平台提供者為國際奧委會以及國際足總,可以說好處拿得很多,但舉辦國卻是完全不同的處境。本研究透過探討以往的奧運及世足案例,並依據時間分為三個層面去探討舉辦國如何獲得成功,以及將奧運經驗繼續保存。 本研究依據時間分成三個時段,分別如下: 1 賽事前的競標策略分析 2 賽事中的商業模式分析 3 賽事後的場館及永續分析 研究的最後會就奧運及世足的區別來做為分析,賽事中之所以用商業模式圖進行分析是經過評估後,發現有商業化的影子。奧運及世足賽如果少去商業化的影子絕對會讓賽事遜色不少。 希望經過三個時期的分析之後,能讓舉辦國的福祉能夠提升,也可以讓台灣等其他國家在舉行其他國際賽事時,做為借鏡。

Olympic and World Cup are two big sport event. The institution which provides the platform are IOC and FIFA. They take lots of advantage,. But the hosting country, the country which provide stadiums, has few benefits. This research uses previous Olympic and World Cup example, and divide it into three parts to discuss how hosting country can win success, and also preserve the experience. This research divides the sport event into three periods: 1 The bidding analysis-before the game 2 The business model analysis-in the game period 3 The sustainability analysis-after the game In the end of research, I will use the difference between Olympic and World Cup to analyze. Why we use business model canvas to analyze? After the evaluation, we find these two games have the business model. If these two games do not have business model, it will be less valuable and profitable. Hope through this analysis, it can improve the benefit of hosting country. And if any other country wants to host other international sport event, this research can give advice.
