「二代接班」的權力脈絡、人際關係型態與公司決策─以台灣旅行社為例

The Context of Power, Interpersonal Relationships and Corporate Decision-making in "Second Generation Succession" Companies : A Case Study of Travel Agencies in Taiwan

摘要


台灣的中小企業是台灣經濟成長的重要基石,隨著國際化的發展,中小企業面臨的挑戰日益艱深。接班一直是企業很重要的課題,而中小企業的接班更是複雜,為了企業永續經營,接班成為中小企業不得不面對的問題。因此本研究希望藉由本研究來歸納整理出中小企業第二代接班關鍵因素。 本研究透過訪問台灣旅遊業第一代、正在接班和已接班的旅遊業第二代、關係客戶、企業員工等,透過深度訪談方式,了解其接班的歷程與困境,期以本研究結果,能提供予未來中小企業於接班過程中可能遭遇到的難題與解決之道,以作為未來導入的借鏡與參考。 最後,本研究發現權力更迭與企業運作深深影響著二代接班,接班的過程是接班人心態轉變的歷程,透過工作投入、能力展現、創新決心,取得企業和家族組織各個層面的認同、信任進而產生真正的影響力,才能達成世代權力移轉的目的。

Taiwan's SMEs is the foundation of Taiwan’s economy growth and social stability. Along with the development of international, The SMEs is facing the abstruse challenges. Succession plays an important role in the enterprises; however, succession is more complicated in the SMEs. And they are facing the succession issue now as they have come to an age where their legacy has to pass on to the next generation. Therefore, we hope to collate critical success factors of the succession of second generation of SMEs. This study is by deep diving through succession path and difficulties from points of views of first generation businessmen, second generation members, clients and employees of tourism industry. The result of this study is expectable to be useful reference for succession of the SMEs, when whom are face the succession problems. At last, the succession is the path of power transition. It is also the journey of successor’s mindset change. The successor is to gain recognition and trust by all stakeholders through work engagements, abilities to manage business, determination to innovation.
