考慮交變負荷和擠壓膜之軸頸軸承分析

摘要


本文分析軸頸軸承在交變負荷下的運動軌跡,並考慮了溫度方程式、雷諾方程式以及運動方程式。利用有限差分法、四階朗基-庫特法解出共偶的此三個方程式,以機車引擎曲軸軸承作為分析的資料,而汽缸爆炸的衝擊力做為分析的交變負荷,最後分析的結果顯示:在同一爆炸週期中,可獲得軸心之穩定軌跡,同時顯示軸承動態之負載能力遠大於靜態。

This thesis analyzes dynamic orbits of journal bearings by using adiabatic equation , Renold’s equation , and motion equation .By using finite difference method , 4th order Runge-Kutta method of numerical analysis there three couple equations can be solve. Taking a journal bearing employed in motorcycle as an example. The results show that: A steady orbit was obtained for an explosion cycle and that the dynamic loading capacity of the bearing was much higher than the steady one.
