探索專利威脅之整合模式的研究

專利的目的在於保護創作或發明的權益。然而專利分析之作用可經由專利資訊圖表化後所呈現之結果，了解專利競爭對手與潛在競爭者的狀態。企業或是設計者利用專利檢索與分析找出威脅，並且進行該專利之規避設計，一來能避免專利侵害導致專利糾紛，再者也能使自家產品得到創新。本研究目的是透過專利文獻分析具體找出專利威脅的廠商，研究方法是以社會網路分析及全網核心度指標作為威脅分析。本研究資料來源是經由美國專利商標局資料庫專利文獻，得到Universal Serial Bus(USB)專利文獻共945筆分别為262家廠商所擁有，研究結果顯示(1)探索專利威脅的研究結果與USB產業之專利糾紛情形相符；(2)以趨勢分析可以發現USB仍是未來重要的產業。

The purpose of the patent is to protecting inventions and innovation. However, the role of patent analysis can be based on the results of patent informatization to understand the status of product competitors and potential competitors. The purpose of this research is to identify patent threats by analyzing patent documents. This research method is based on social network analysis and PageRank indicators as research methods. The research methods are patent search process and patent analysis process and threat analysis. The source of this research data is through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office database patent literature, and 945 patent documents related to the Universal Serial Bus (USB) were owned by 262 vendors. The research shows (1) Analysis results are consistent with patent disputes in the USB industry; (2) With trend analysis, it can be found that USB is still an important industry in the future. We hope that the results of the search for patent threats in this research can be provided as a reference for R&D.
