不同背景變項對於國小教師教學風格與學生學習態度之研究__以新北市中和區為例

摘要


本研究旨在了解新北市中和區不同背景變項之六年級學生知覺教師教學風格與學生自身學習態度現況以及兩者間關係。 本研究以新北市中和區國小六年級學生為研究對象,共發出505份問卷,收回498份,回收率約為99%。經初步篩選後,可用問卷為438份,有效問卷回收率為86%。經由 SPSS 20 進行資料分析後,獲得以下研究結論: 一、新北市中和區國小學生知覺教師教學風格為「折衷型」最多。 二、不同性別學生對於教師教學風格比較上無顯著差異。 三、學生知覺男性教師教學風格以「學生中心型」為主、女性教師教學風格偏向「教師中心型」。 四、學校規模為50班以下時,學生知覺教師教學風格較屬於「教師中心型」,學校規模51班以上時,學生知覺教師教學風格則較屬於「學生中心型」。 五、不同性別學生對於課業態度以及對教師態度沒有顯著差異。 六、學生對於課業的態度不受教師性別、學校規模產生差異。 七、學生知覺教師教學風格與其對課業學習態度為中度負相關。 本研究依據研究發現歸納做為結論,並根據研究結果提出相關建議,以供相關教學單位、教師及後續研究發展參考之。

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to understand the current status and relationship between the sixth grade students' learning attitudes and perceived teacher teaching style in different background variables in Zhonghe District, New Taipei City. In this study, 505 questionnaires were sent to the sixth grade students of elementary school in Zhonghe District, New Taipei City. 498 questionnaires were returned, representing a response rate of approximately 99%. After initial screening, the usable questionnaires were 438 questionnaires and the questionnaire response rate was 86%. The data analysis was conducted by SPSS 20. The research findings were obtained as follows. 1. The elementary school students in Zhonghe district, New Taipei City perceived that teachers’ teaching style as primarily eclectic. 2. There was insignificant difference between school teachers' teaching styles and different gender students. 3. Student perceptions of male teachers’ teaching style was "student-centered", and female teachers’ teaching style is towards a "teacher-centered" type. 4. When school sizes were below 50 classes, students perceived teachers’ teaching style as"teacher-centered". When school sizes were over 51 classes, students perceived teachers’ teaching style as " student-centered ". 5. There was insignificant difference in students’ homework attitudes and attitudes towards teachers between different gender students. 6. There was insignificant difference in students’ homework attitudes between different gender teachers and school sizes. 7. Student perceived that teachers’ teaching style are moderately and negatively correlated with student homework attitudes. Based on the findings of the study, recommendations were summarized and made for relevant educational institutions, teachers and future research.
