從使用者角度探討中文wiki網站成功因素之研究

摘要

部份中文wiki網站經常會面臨一個嚴重問題：在建立一段時間之後，使用者不再前來編輯，使得內容發展呈現停滯狀態。為減少上述情形的發生，本研究一方面對具規模的中文wiki網站進行內容分析，以瞭解其共同特徵；另一方面，再對使用者進行問卷調查，以瞭解對使用者而言，中文wiki網站的成功因素為何。最後，本研究得出以下結果：

一、大部份具規模的中文wiki網站在「wiki軟體」、「建站日期」、「版權」與「編輯模式」上有共同點存在：wiki軟體多數採用MediaWiki、建站日期在2005年之後、版權為公用授權與編輯模式可提高使用者編輯意願。
二、中文wiki網站成功因素為「內容的可用性」、「社群的維持與成長」與「系統的親和力」。
三、使用者的性別與使用經歷的不同會影響到對中文wiki網站成功因素的認知。

There is a serious problem with the development of some Chinese wiki sites. The problem is that users don’t edit any more. To ease the above-mentioned situation, we apply the content analysis method to understand the same characteristics of large Chinese wiki sites. In additional, we adopt the questionnaire survey to know the successful factors of Chinese wiki site from the point of users.

The results of this study are as follows:
1.The same characteristics of most large Chinese wiki sites are “wiki software”,“launch date”,“content license" and“edit mode”.
2.The successful factors of Chinese wiki site are “usablity of content”, “development of community” and “user-friendly system”.
3. User’s sex and experience have influence on successful factors of Chinese wiki site.
