摘要

本研究主要探討台灣棒球維基館的資訊架構之可用性，藉由不同wiki網站的內容分析，綜觀其網站的資訊架構建構概況，並採用網路問卷調查的方式，瞭解台灣棒球維基館的社群對於網站的可用性滿意度，並且運用放聲思考法深度探討使用者在操作上的實際行為。以量化與質化的研究方法進行分析，確實探討其資訊架構的可用性情形。

本研究結果如下：
一、 網站資訊架構的可用性仍有改進的空間。
二、 應加強搜尋功能提高網站資訊的能見度。
三、 他站資訊架構與首頁設計頗具參考學習之價值。
四、 資訊架構的功能會產生相互影響之作用。
五、 社群共識為建立wiki網站資訊架構之基礎。

根據研究結果，本研究另提出下列三項建議：
一、 透過系統的升級改善以符合使用者需求。
二、 定期檢視網站搜尋記錄檔(search logs)以輔助搜尋系統的不完善。
三、 透過教育訓練提升社群資訊架構素養。
四、 持續進行檢測維持網站優良品質。

This study aims to investigate the usability testing on the information architecture of TaiwanBaseballWiki. First of all, we apply the content analysis method to understand the information architecture design of the other distinct wiki websites. Secondly, questionnaire was used to survey the community satisfaction on the usability of TaiwanBaseballWiki. Finally, the methods of think aloud and interview are used to figure out the actual behavior of user operation on TaiwanBaseballWiki.

According to the results of the study, the conclusions are:
1. The usability of information architecture of website should be more close to users by modifying information architecture of website.
2. The web site should improve search capability to increase its information visibility.
3. The main page design and the information architecture of other wiki websites offer certain valuable references for us.
4. The functions in the difference facets of information architecture will interact with each other.
5. The information architecture of wiki websites are constructed by the users and therefore highly depend on the consensus of community.

This study proposes some suggestions:
1. Upgrading the system and improving its functions to satisfy the user needs.
2. Regularly analyzing the search logs to check what information are users often searched but can't be found is a good way to do something to compensate the defect of search engine in a wiki system.
3. Training programs can be provided to enhance the users' literacy on the information architecture.
4. Keep testing and developing to maintain excellent quality of the TaiwanBaseballWiki.
