摘要

隨著自由軟體日漸盛行，採用其建置資訊系統的網站越來越多，但自由軟體並無法完全滿足系統與使用者需求，尚須倚賴客製化服務來彌補其不足之處。基於上述動機，本研究主要針對以自由軟體建置的台灣棒球維基館為對象，採用雛型法與套裝軟體應用法進行Wiki擴充模組之開發與應用，盼藉此改善系統功能使得網站維運更為完善。

本研究由觀察法、焦點團體法及系統管理者角度等三個面向進行Wiki系統需求分析，接著進行擴充模組之選擇與評估，最後則進行系統實作並讓使用者實際操作以獲得回饋意見。經由系統實作以及與使用者互動經驗，本研究結論如下：
一、確實能針對現階段系統需求與不足之處作改善
二、MediaWiki提供的擴充模組確實可省去自行開發的成本
三、自行開發擴充模組使得網站更易於管理
四、事先進行擴充模組之選擇與評估有利於系統發展

依據研究結果，本研究提出以下建議：
一、焦點團體對象可擴展至社群
二、考慮升級MediaWiki軟體之前可先以擴充模組改善系統功能
三、積極提供使用者新的系統功能
四、自行開發擴充模組考慮以MediaWiki提供的擴充模組形式開發設計

As free software gains popularity, an increasing number of websites start to make use of such information system. There is no free software which can fully accommodate the system and user needs. Customized services are to serve as supplementary elements. Based on the motive mentioned above, this study aims to examine TaiwanBaseballWiki built on free software as the main object, using Prototyping and Application Package to process the development and application of Wiki extension modules , to improve the functions of the system and the operations of the website.

The study analyzes the needs of Wiki system from three perspectives: observation, focus group and administrator. Subsequently, selection and assessment of extension modules is executed. Finally, system implementation is proceeded, and system operation by users is carried out. User feedback is then gathered. Via system implementation and user interaction, the conclusion of the study is as follows:
1.Improve current system needs and system insufficiencies.
2.Extension modules by MediaWiki can reduce self-development costs.
3.Self-developed extension modules make TaiwanBaseballWiki easier to manage.
4.Prior execution of selection and assessment of extension modules benefits the development of the system.

Based on the results of the study, the recommendation is as follows:
1.Extend focus group to TaiwanBaseballWiki community.
2.Expand functions of module improvement system prior to the upgrade of MediaWiki software.
3.Provide new system functions for users.
4.Consider the development and design of module improvement system by MediaWiki for self-development and expansion.
