以助人者為底蘊結合團隊合作模式進行幼兒輔導之初探

A Preliminary Study of Preschool Counseling Through Interdisciplinary Collaboration in Helping Profession

摘要


本研究旨在探討現行幼兒輔導領域之助人工作者跨專業團隊合作之經驗,並歸納於幼兒成長環境中幼兒輔導專業領域之助人工作者跨專業團隊合作模式所扮演之角色,最後根據研究結果提供相關建議。為達到上述研究目的,本研究以現行幼兒輔導領域中相互密切合作之三位助人者為研究對象,採用質性研究方法,運用半結構深度訪談的方式蒐集訪談資料,每位研究參與者接受一至二次的訪談並加以分析,共得五筆訪談資料進行經驗整理歸納。 研究結果發現如下:一、幼兒輔導工作者跨專業團隊合作的經驗,大致可分為(一)學習同時具備社會工作及心理輔導雙專業,拓展助人者之本質。(二)引進外部督導資源,提升專業知能、自我專業認同及團隊建構之技巧。(三)整合社會福利網絡資源,提升幼兒整體系統的平衡;二、幼兒輔導工作於幼兒成長環境(幼兒園)所扮演之角色,大致可分為(一)社會工作整合心理輔導之洞見的「督導者」(二)傾聽、建立關係,持續與幼兒系統對話之「協調者」(三)幼兒系統整合工作取向之「學齡前的學生輔導諮商中心」;三、影響此團隊合作成效的關鍵因素,藉由內部及外部環境因素進行分類,主要可區分「合作」、「關係」及「意識」三大層面。最後以SWOT策略模型進行市場推廣之分析。 最後,研究者根據研究結論與發現,針對幼兒輔導領域與未來研究方向提出建議。

This study aims to explore the interdisciplinary collaboration of helping professionals in the early childhood counseling industry, discuss the role each professional plays while working in a cross-disciplinary team, and provide the research results with relevant suggestions as references for early childhood counseling professionals and the general public. To achieve these objectives, this research study looked at three helpers who work closely with one another in the field of early childhood counseling as research objects, adopted qualitative research methods including semi-structured interviews to collect data, as well as analyzed and summarized each participant’s data from a total of five interviews. The findings of the study are as follows: First, the experience of early childhood counseling professionals working in an interdisciplinary team can be roughly categorized into 1) Learning skills related to both social working and psychological counseling to expand the essence of helper, 2) Bringing in external resources to elevate professional knowledge, individual professional identity and team-building skills, and 3) Integrating resources of social welfare network to improve early childhood systems. Secondly, the role that professionals of early childhood counseling plays in children’s growth environment can be classified into 1) “Supervisor”- who offers insights into social working and psychological counseling, 2) “Coordinator”- who listens, builds relationships and continues to communicate with the early childhood systems, and 3) “Preschool Student Counseling Center”- that is preschool system-oriented. Thirdly, by taking internal and external environmental factors into account, key factors that can influence the effectiveness of teamwork are Cooperation, Relationships and Awareness- the three major elements that greatly affect the efficiency of early childhood counseling professionals working in an interdisciplinary team. The SWOT strategic model is used to evaluate and analyze the advantages, disadvantages and opportunities of market promotion at the end.   Last but not least, the researchers made suggestions towards early childhood counseling and its future research directions based on the research findings.
