隨著ICT迅速的發展與更新,模糊了員工工作與非工作領域的界線,對員工產生新的文明病―科技壓力。科技壓力會直接影響員工其身、心理資源耗竭,間接影響其恢復經驗與幸福感。因此,本研究欲瞭解恢復經驗是否能夠於科技壓力與幸福感間有中介的能力,合適的休閒參與是否能調節科技壓力與恢復經驗之關係。本研究之研究對象以在職員工為主,已發放問卷的方式進行資料蒐集,總計收回有效問卷368份,採用結構方程模型進行分析。研究結果可知,恢復經驗並不具中介科技壓力與幸福感間的效果;休閒參與則能夠調節科技壓力與恢復經驗之間的關係。針對上述結果,本研究提出管理意涵及針對後續研究給予建議。
With the rapid development and update of ICT, the boundary between employees' work and non-work areas has been blurred, and a new modern diseases for employees -technostress. Technostress will directly affect the exhaustion of employees' physical and psychological resources, and indirectly affect their recovery experience and well-being. Therefore, this study intends to understand whether recovery experience can mediate between technostress and well-being, and whether appropriate leisure participation can regulate the relationship between technostress and recovery experience. The research objects of this study are mainly employees. The research objects of this study are mainly employees, and data collection has been conducted by way of questionnaires. A total of 368 valid questionnaires were recovered and analyzed using structural equation models. The results of the research show that the recovery experience does not have the effect of intermediary technostress and well-being. Leisure participation can regulate the relationship between technostress and recovery experience. In response to the above results, this study puts forward management implications and gives suggestions for follow-up research.
