摘要

本論文旨在將作家杜斯妥耶夫斯基的道德觀點，和其作品中的罪犯之間的關聯，進行系統化的描述和解釋。所探討的議題包含但並不侷限於以下二點：一、是否罪人們的犯罪原因或情感上的問題，應促進他們對自己的罪行負責；二、是否罪人們有無贖罪的意識攸關他們的受罰。進而，罪人們承受精神上或心靈上受苦，將使其獲救和自由。當探討這兩個問題時，筆者需將本論文分為四個章節：

第一章「緒論」
此章包含本文的研究動機與目的、研究方法與限制、研究範圍與架構。
第二章 「杜斯妥耶夫斯基作品中罪的類型」
探討杜氏作品中不同角色的罪行，以解釋他們的犯罪動機和邪惡意念。
第三章 「杜斯妥耶夫斯基作品中罰與救贖」
此章致力於釐清杜氏罰的概念，並非指罪人受刑罰上的制裁，而是著重於罪人受心靈的折磨，即蒙受懺悔的意念，嚮往上帝。只有當罪人持著贖罪意識時，他們才能淨化自身。
第四章 「結論」
總結本論文的研究。藉此分析的過程中，重“新”了解杜氏的道德觀。

The objective of my thesis is to present a systematic description and interpretation of the views Dostoevsky held on a number of moral issues that arise in connection with the crime and punishment of criminals. The list of these issues includes but is not limited to 1) the question of whether reason or emotions should be held responsible for the criminal action, and 2) the question of whether their consciousness of redemption of sins related to justification of punishment. The importance of spiritual and mental suffering for them rescue and liberate souls. While pursuing the two questions, I shall divide this thesis into four chapters:

Chapter 1 Introduction
It’s consists of: motivation and objectives of the study, the method and limitation of the study, and the scope and structure of the study.

Chapter 2 Different crime patterns in Dostoevsky's novels
Discussion of crimes committed by different characters will help to explain the motivation behind their evil passions.

Chapter 3 Punishment and redemption in Dostoevsky's novels
I will show that in the opinion of Dostoevsky, the punishment is not in the sentence, but in the confession, and is delivered through the criminal surrendering to his God. Only do the criminals have consciousness of redemption of sins can they purify themselves.

Chapter 4 Conclusion
It’s generalizes the studies of this thesis. This analysis will allow for a new understanding of moral opinions Dostoevsky held on problem of punishment of criminals.
