高吸水性圈絨織物開發研究

摘要


圈絨織物因表面毛圈密集,手感柔軟,吸水儲水性強,通常做為清潔用的家飾紡織品,適用於浴室、運動場、游泳池、廚房、沙灘等地方,能夠為一般日常生活增添舒適性與便利性。 傳統毛巾前處理包括退漿、精練、漂白等工藝,流程較長、能耗高、廢水量大、污染嚴重,對織物手感及纖維損傷較大。但隨著工藝的改革與優化,前處理高效短流程被廣泛應用。由於前處理高效短流程工藝將退漿、煮練漂白等工序合而為一,所以要達到常規工藝的效果,其工藝的制定,各種助劑的選擇,工藝條件的控制等尤為重要,否則難以達到預期的效果。本研究以上漿過的全棉織物紗布胚布,經由高效短流程鹼氧一浴法工藝,試從目前所使用的助劑建議配方中做調整,嘗試用田口實驗法,以較少的實驗次數及簡單的結果統計,找出其吸水性最佳因子組合,期望能在維持良好的白度下獲得更高的吸水性。 用田口實驗法根據直交表L9(34)的實驗規劃結果統計,吸水性最佳化之參數組合為液鹼3 g/L、棉精練劑(SR-118) 3 g/L、製程溫度100℃、雙氧水4 g/L;白度最佳化之參數組合為液鹼5 g/L、棉精練劑(SR-118) 3 g/L、製程溫度100℃、雙氧水6 g/L。與現場組合比較,最佳吸水僅白度略微降低,最佳白度則白度提高,三者吸水性幾乎相同。運用田口式品質工程可以用較少的實驗及簡單的計算來評估出各因素及其因素的水準在鹼氧一浴法中對吸水性的影響趨勢。

The looped fabrics have dense surface terry, handling softly, strong water absorption and storage water propertie which are usually used as home textiles for cleaning purposes. They are suitable for bathroom, sports, swimming pool, kitchen, beach, etc. for adding comfort and convenience to general daily life. The traditional pre-treatment of towels includes desizing, concise, and bleaching processes are long, high energy consumption, large amount of waste water, serious pollution, and have a great deal of damage to the fabric handling and strength. However, with the process of reform and optimization, high efficiency shortened pre-treatment is widely used. Because the high efficiency shortened pre-treatment combines desizing, concise, and bleaching processes into one, to achieve the effect of the conventional process, the formulation of the process, the selection of various auxiliaries, and the control of the process conditions are particularly important, otherwise it is difficult to achieve the desired results. In this study, the gauze grey of sizing cotton fabric was passed through a high efficiency shortened process alkaline oxygen one-bath process to try to be adjusted from the current formulation. And try to use the Taguchi experiment method, which can reduce the number of experiments and simplify result statistics, to accurately find out the best factor combination of its water absorption, expect to obtain higher water absorption and maintain well whiteness. According to the results of the experimental planning of the orthogonal array L9(34), the parameters for the optimization of water absorption were statistically determined using the Taguchi experiment method: Sodium hydroxide3 g/L, cotton scouring agent(SR-118) 3g/L, process temperature100°C, and Hydrogen peroxide 4g/L. ; the parameters for the optimization of whiteness: Sodium hydroxide 5g/L, cotton scouring agent(SR-118) 3g/L, process temperature 100°C, and Hydrogen peroxide 6g/L. Compared with the on-site combination, the whiteness of the best water absorption slightly decreases, the whiteness of the best whiteness increases, and the water absorption of the three is almost the same. The use of Taguchi-style quality engineering can use less experiment and simple calculation to evaluate the trend of the influence of various factors and their levels on the water absorption in the alkaline oxygen one-bath process.
