台灣數十年經濟發展過程中,中小企業之貢獻度佔有相當之重要之地位。然而中小企業在追求利潤及生存的過程中卻往往忽略了經營上所帶來的各種風險。而在台灣中小企業中,餐飲業又為中小企業之主力產業,故透過本研究探討餐飲業之保險規劃,包括風險分析、風險管理及可運用之保險。本研究亦透過訪談方式,從產險公司、保險經紀人及餐飲業獲得其對風險、風險管理及保險規劃的看法及建議。 本研究發現保險專家及餐飲業者對於風險評估、保險規劃之想法有顯著差異。建議保險業者可致力於開發更符合中小型店家需求之綜合保險商品、行銷通路多元化、結合數位科技銷售保險商品及強化企業保險規劃專業度。最後,希望藉此建議,保險公司未來可以提升中小型店家的投保率,而中小型店家亦可以在保險市場中獲取充分的保險保障。
The small and medium-sized enterprises have played an important role in the past several decades of Taiwan's economic development. However, these enterprises often ignore the various operating risks when pursuing operating benefits. Among these small and medium-sized enterprises in Taiwan, the catering industry is the largest main industry. Therefore, this study is to explore the insurance planning for catering industry, including the risk analysis, risk management, and applicable insurances. We also use interview method to get opinions and suggestions or information from non-life insurance companies, insurance brokers and the catering industry. This study found that insurance experts and catering operators have significant differences in their thoughts on risk assessment and insurance planning. It is suggested that insurance companies should focus on developing comprehensive insurance products more suitable for small and medium-sized stores, diversifying marketing channels, combining digital technology to sell insurance products and strengthening the professionalism of corporate insurance planning. Therefore, we hope, under these suggestions, the insurance industry can increase the ratio of having insurance coverage in the future and the small and medium-sized enterprises can get efficient insurance protection in the insurance market
