隨著網際網路快速的發展,行動裝置的普及化,改變了傳統銀行的經營模 式,各國銀行開始投入大量的資金與人力,積極發展金融科技技術的應用,期望 能透過金融科技與銀行業務的結合,達到降低交易成本、縮短作業時間、提升服 務品質,及強化交易安全等目的,使銀行能提供顧客更便利、快速的金融服務, 進而幫助銀行提升企業競爭力。 本研究以臺灣地區C銀行為個案研究對象,採用Lin and Pao (2004)所提出 之策略形成分析架構,以使命陳述作為分析的基礎,透過 7S 模型分析銀行的內 部環境,以五力模型探討銀行所處的產業環境,再利用 PESTEL 模型檢視銀行面 臨的社會總體環境,接著, 在分析完 C 銀行在各個環境下所具備的優勢條件後, 提出 C 銀行所要發展的策略形成,最後,歸納出特定業務策略「網際網路區塊 鏈科技與顧客時間效率服務」,並檢視該特定業務的合適性,以及是否能幫助 C 銀行達成企業使命。
The business model of traditional bank is changing due to the fast development of the Internet and popularization of mobile device. Banks from all over the world are putting a lot of funds and times into developing FinTech application. Hoping they can cut down transaction cost, shorten the working time, improve service quality and strengthen transaction security through the combination between FinTech and Bank’s service. So the bank can provides financial service to customer in more convenient and faster way. Moreover it can help the bank to be more competitive. In this paper, Bank C in Taiwan is used to be a case study. According to the Strategy Decision-Making Model proposed by Lin and Pao (2004), the framework using mission statement as the foundation of analyze, using 7S model to analyze bank’s internal environment, using Five Forces model to discuss Bank’s external III environment, and using PESTEL model to check the overall environment. After analyze all the advantage quality Bank C has under different environments, and built the strategic action for Bank C. Finally, this study established an appropriate strategy, “Discussion on Internet Blockchain and Customer’s Time Efficiency Services” for Bank C. Then verify whether this appropriate strategy is suitable for Bank C, and whether it could help Bank C to accomplish its mission statement.
