摘要

因為人們飲食習慣的改變與科技的發展，現有的餐飲行業已經無法滿足所有人的需求。為此本研究希望討論以新的整合性計畫，跳脫傳統餐飲業的框架，做出與營養分析整合的餐飲計畫，用以使更多人獲得更佳或更合適的餐飲服務。
