以科技接受模式探討保險業務行銷課程使用線上教學之成效-以F銀行為例

摘要


疫情的爆發使得e化已成為不可抵擋的風潮,隨著網路技術日益蓬勃發展、科技應用大眾普及化,知識線上學習(online learning)即是應用範圍中的一個產物。線上學習已廣泛運用在許多企業教育訓練課程之中,為了讓分屬不同區域的員工,同時或在一定期間,完成相同的訓練,而且在不佔用員工的上班時間及節省訓練成本等考量之下,漸採線上學習的方式要求員工完成待學習的課程。然而,線上學習雖然快速、方便,但是透過進行該模式是否能產生效果是企業評估發展線上教學平台的重點。而企業員工對新科技的接受程度,將影響線上學習在組織內執行的成效。 本研究使用問卷調查,透過科技接受模式,探討員工學習保險業務行銷課程使用線上教學的學習成效,結果如下: 一、相關性分析結果,使用意圖與知覺有用、知覺易用及使用態度有顯著相關。 二、差異性分析結果,員工對於線上教學的感受受年齡、工作類型、職稱、學習成效及學習有效時間等因素影響。 三、羅吉斯迴歸結果,員工的使用意圖有助於提升線上學習系統之成效。

The outbreak of the epidemic has made e-learning an irresistible trend, with the increasingly vigorous development of network technology and the popularization of scientific and technological applications, online learning of knowledge is a product of the scope of application. Online-learning has been widely used in many corporate education and training courses to enable employees belonging to different regions to complete the same training at the same time or in a certain period of time. Moreover, under the consideration of not taking up employees' working hours and saving training costs, the gradual adoption of online learning requires employees to complete the courses to be learned. However, although online learning is fast and convenient, whether it can produce results through this model is the focus of enterprise evaluation and development of online teaching platforms? The acceptance of new technologies by employees will affect the effectiveness of online learning within the organization. This study used a questionnaire survey to explore the learning effectiveness of employees learning online teaching in insurance business marketing courses through the technology acceptance model, and the results are as follows: 1, The results of the correlation analysis showed that the intention of use was significantly related to the usefulness of perception, ease of use of perception and attitude of use. 2, According to the results of the analysis of differences, employees' feelings about online teaching are affected by factors such as age, job type, job title, learning effectiveness and effective learning time. 3, Logis returns to the results, and employee intent helps to improve the effectiveness of the online learning system.
