新北市國民小學教師對學校建築使用滿意度之研究

摘要


本研究係以採取問卷調查法為主,文獻探討為輔,針對新北市國民小學教師對學校建築使用滿意度進行調查。本研究主要目的為: 一、了解新北市國民小學教師對學校建築使用之滿意度。 二、分析新北市國民小學不同背景教師對學校建築使用滿意度之差異情形。 三、依據研究結果,提出可供未來推動或執行相關政策改革之參考建議。 本研究之問卷調查是以新北市公立國民小學專任(含代理)教師為問卷調查的樣本母群體,採分層隨機抽樣方式進行問卷調查。共寄發正式問卷400份,回收有效樣本共387份,有效問卷回收率為96.75%。 本研究之主要結論包括: 一、整體而言,新北市國民小學教師對學校建築之使用具中高滿意度。 二、新北市國民小學教師對學校建築設施中,對「附屬設施」構面的滿意度最高,而對「運動場地」構面的滿意度最低。 三、教師對學校建築使用的個別題項,若不分構面,滿意度最高的為「學校飲水設備設置」;滿意度最低的為「教師休息室的空間規劃(含開會場所)」、及「體育館、風雨操場或室內活動場的規劃設計」。 四、教師對學校建築使用滿意度較低,且值得重視的問項為「教師休息室的 空間規劃(含開會場所)」及「教室內學生課桌椅設備」。 五、教師對學校建築使用滿意度會依其「性別」、「年齡」「目前任教之身分」、「在目前學校任教年資」、「累計任教年資」、「學校規模」、「教學主體建築新(重)建完成年代」、「在目前學校擔任職務」而有差異。 六、教師對學校建築使用之滿意度,並不因其「最高學歷」之不同而有差異。

This study, via adopting the methods of questionnaire survey and literature review, mainly aims to explore the satisfaction of teachers towards the use of school buildings and facilities in elementary schools in New Taipei City. The major purposes of the study are: 1.To understand the satisfaction of teachers towards the use of school buildings and facilities in elementary schools in New Taipei City. 2.To analyze the differences in the satisfaction of teachers with different backgrounds towards the use of school buildings and facilities. 3. To propose suggestions, based on the findings of this study, useful for the future reform of related policies. Full-time and by-contracted teachers in public elementary schools in New Taipei City were selected as the sample population of the questionnaire survey. Through the stratified random sampling, 400 teachers were chosen, and 387 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed (valid response rate was about 96.75%). The conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows: 1.On the whole, teachers in elementary schools in New Taipei City had quite satisfied with the use of the school buildings and facilities. 2.Teachers’satisfaction towards the dimension of the “affiliated facilities” is the highest, while that towards the dimension of the “sport fieldis or grounds” was the lowest 3.Teachers had the highest satisfaction towards “the provision of the number of water dispensers”, and the lowest satisfication towards the space design of teachers’ common rooms (including conference rooms), and the space design of stadiums, gymnasiums and the space for indoor activities. 4.Teachers were also not satisfied with the furniture of the classrooms, apart from the above-noted the dissatisfaction towards the space design for teachers’ common rooms, etc. 5. Teachers’ satisfaction toward the school buildings differed significantly in terms of their gender, age, the status of teaching, years of teaching in the current school, accumulated years of teaching, school size, the date of re-construction of school buildings, but did not differ with their educational qualifications.
