學校運動空間與使用滿意度之研究:以輔仁大學爲例

A Study of the Relationship between Exercise Space and Using Satisfaction in School

摘要


本研究之目的在於瞭解輔仁大學運動空間與滿意度之現況;探討運動空間與滿意度之相關情形。本研究以輔仁大學九十八學年度第一學期在學一至四年級興趣選項之學生為母群體,以便利性抽樣方式調查,總計發放問卷320份,回收有效問卷259份,回收有效率為82.88%。資料處理採用描述性統計、Pearson積差相關,預測變項與效標變項之相關情形,達顯著相關之變項,再以多元逐步迴歸分析來探討其對運動空間與滿意度之預測情形。本研究主要結論為:一、輔仁大學運動空間因素構面以「環境空間」得分最高其次「社會意象」。二、運動空間各題項得分情形以學校運動場區中「環境良好」得分最高,其次是「學校運動場區光線充足」;而運動場區裡,「人數適中而不會使得運動場區太擁擠」得分最低。設施空間滿意度之因素構面以「設施管理滿意度」得分最高其次為「營運滿意度」,得分情形皆在普通程度。三、設施空間滿意度各題得分以我對學校運動場區的維護保養得分最高,其次為運動場區的空間規劃,而運動場區之數量與便利性最不滿意,其次為運動場區附屬設備(如燈光照明、盥洗室等)。四、輔仁大學運動空間與滿意度達顯著正相關。五、輔仁大學運動空間與滿意度之預測情形:整體設施空間滿意度、營運滿意度及設施管理滿意度之預測,以投入環境空間預測力最佳。

The purpose of this study was to explore the Fu-Jen Catholic University of exercise space and the status of satisfaction. The method is 98 academic year, first semester in school 1-4 grade students interested in options for the mother group, in order to convenience sample survey, a total of 320 questionnaires issued, 259 valid questionnaires were recovered, recovery rate was 82.88%. Data processing using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, prediction variables and the criterion variable of the relevant circumstances, up significantly related variables, and then to stepwise regression analysis to explore the movement space and the prediction of satisfaction. The result of this study is: 1.Fu Jen University, sports dimensions of space elements in order to ”environmental space” with the highest scores followed by ”social image.” 2. Exercise room for all items case scores, school playground zone ”environmental good” with the highest scores, followed by ”the school playground area lit”; the stadium district, ”the number of moderate and will not make playground area is too crowded,” the lowest score. Facilities, satisfaction with the factors of space dimensions to ”facilities management satisfaction” with the highest scores followed by ”operation of satisfaction” scores are in the general level of the situation. 3. Facilities, space-satisfaction scores of each question in my school playground maintenance district with the highest scores, followed by the playground area spatial planning, while the playground area of the quantity and convenience of the most satisfied, followed by the playground area ancillary equipment (such as lighting, washrooms, etc.). 4. Sports space and the degree of satisfaction with a significant positive correlation. 5. Sports space and the prediction of Satisfaction: Overall satisfaction with facilities, space, operations and facilities management satisfaction, satisfaction with the forecast to predict the best investment environment space.
