摘要

近年來「智慧醫療產業」興起，豐富的產業知識及專案管理能否提升產品創新度，及提高產品專案績效。
本研究試圖填補在實證研究中，「智慧醫療產業」之專案管理實務作法對專案績效的影響。研究目的為探討智慧醫療軟體產業，在專案管理實務作法對專案績效的影響。
本研究採用SPSS統計軟體作為分析工具，以便利抽樣之方式收集樣本，作為研究對象來進行實證分析。並以因素分析、信度分析、相關性分析、迴歸分析等方法進行分析。問卷發放期間為2020年3月至2020年4月，共計發放157份問卷，最終回收之有效問卷為155份，回收率達99%。
這項研究的結果如下：
1.需求管理對專案績效具有顯著的正面影響。
2.技術創新對專案績效具有顯著的正面影響。
3.人力資源管理對專案績效具有顯著的正面影響。
4.專案負責人的能力對專案績效具有顯著的正面影響。

Artificial intelligence medical application has been raised in recent years. Whether information industry and project management can improve product innovation and project performance on Artificial intelligence medical application.
This study attempts to fill this void of empirical evidence by identifying the associations between project practice use and project performance in Artificial intelligence medical application.
This study adopts convenience sampling from different types of industry. in Taiwan. And applied descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, validaity analysis , analysis of correlation and regression analysis during March to April 2020. A total of 157 questionnaires were issued, and eventually 155 , the effective rate was 99%. The results of this study are as follows：
1.Demand management has a significant positive effects on project performance.
2.Technological Innovation has a significant positive effects on project performance.
3.Human resource management has a significant positive effects on project performance.
4.Ability of project managers has a significant positive effects on project performance.
