本研究旨在探討「領導者成員交換關係」、「知覺組織支持」及「職場偏差行為之研究」三者之間之關聯性,並以行政機關員工為研究對象,採文獻探討及問卷調查等方法﹐共發出400份問卷,有效問卷回收數為347份。根據所得資料以因素分析、信度分析、描述統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析方法及迴歸分析等方法,進行研究變項之影響關係藉以分析影響職場偏差行為的關鍵因素。 問卷資料運用SPSS24.0中文版統計分析軟體進行統計分析,最後根據研究結果提出建議。主要研究結果發現如下: 一、領導者成員交換關係會正向影響知覺組織支持。 二、領導者成員交換關係會反向影響職場偏差行為。 三、知覺組織支持會反向影響職場偏差行為。 依據研究結果發現,領導者應重視與員工的交換關係,當員工感受到高品質的交換關係,也會感受到知覺組織的支持,就會減少職場偏差行為的產生。最後,本研究依研究結果針對實務界提出具體的管理意涵,並提供後續研究者未來研究的參考方向。
This study was designed to investigate the " Leader-Member Exchange ", " perceived Organizational Support " and " Deviance behavior " correlation between the three, and Deviance behavior in government organizations for the study, collected literature review and survey methods, issued a total of 400 questionnaires, 347 valid questionnaires recovered several parts. The main results are found as follows: 一、The Leader-Member Exchange will positively affect the perceived Organizational Support. 二、The Leader-Member Exchange has a negative effect on affect the Deviance behavior. 三、The perceived Organizational Support has a negative effect on affect the Deviance behavior. According to the research results, leaders should focus on leaders - member exchanges, when employees feeling of high-quality exchange relationship they will also feeling of perceived Organizational Support, Which will reduce the occurrence of deviant workplace behavior, based on the LMX research report; we discussed the theoretical and practical implications of our findings. Finally, we also proposed several directions for future research
