新北市國民中學導師工作壓力與工作滿意度之研究

摘要


本研究以問卷調查法為主,文獻探討為輔,旨在探討新北市國民中學導師工作壓力與工作滿意度之現況及關係。本研究主要目的有︰ 一、了解新北市國中導師所感受到的工作壓力。 二、探討新北市國中導師的工作滿意度。 三、分析不同背景新北市國中導師工作壓力的差異情形。 四、分析不同背景新北市國中導師工作滿意度的差異情形。 五、分析新北市國中導師的工作滿意度與工作壓力的關係。 六、根據研究發現,提出可供相關單位或人員未來改進的參考建議。 本研究以自編問卷為工具,以2018學年度新北市國民中學導師為樣本母群體,採分層隨機抽樣方法,抽選502名導師為調查對象,共回收有效問卷443份,有效回收率88.4%。本研究之主要結論如下︰ 一、新北市國民中學導師感受到中高程度的工作壓力,其中以在「工作負荷」構面的壓力最大。 二、新北市國民中學導師對其工作的滿意度達中高程度,其中以在「人際互動」構面之工作滿意度最高。 三、就整體構面而言,新北市國民中學導師感受的工作壓力,會因「性別」、「擔任導師原因」等變項,而有顯著差異。 四、就整體構面而言,新北市國民中學導師感受的工作滿意度僅在「擔任導師原因」此變項,具有顯著差異。 五、整體而言,新北市國民中學導師感受到的工作壓力與工作滿意度呈現低度負相關。 六、新北市國民中學導師工作滿意度各構面,與工作壓力的各構面之間呈現負相關。 七、新北市國民中學導師工作壓力的「人際關係」、「學生行為」、「專業知能」等構面對其整體工作滿意度有解釋力。

This study mainly aims, via adopting the methods of questionnaire survey and literature review, to explore the job stress and job satisfaction of junior high school homeroom teachers in New Taipei City, as well as their relationship. The main purposes of this study include: 1. To explore the job stress of junior high school homeroom teachers in New Taipei City. 2. To explore the job satisfaction of junior high school homeroom teachers in New Taipei City. 3. To analyze the differences of job stress of junior high school homeroom teachers with different backgrounds in New Taipei City. 4. To analyze the differences of job satisfaction of junior high school homeroom teachers with different backgrounds in New Taipei City. 5. To explore the correlation between job satisfaction and job stress of junior high school homeroom teachers in New Taipei City. 6. To propose suggestions for the references of future reform of related policies, based on the research findings. This study was conducted by means of a self-designed questionnaire. In so doing, 502 junior high school homeroom teachers in New Taipei City were, via stratified random sampling, chosen as the survey samples. 443 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed, which accounted for a valid response rate of 88.4%. The following conclusions were summarized: 1.Junior high school homeroom teachers in New Taipei City perceived a medium-high level of job stress, and the stress of the dimension of the “load of working” was the highest. 2.The degree of job satisfaction of the junior high school homeroom teachers in New Taipei City was at medium-high level, and the dimension of the “interpersonal relationship” was the most satisfied. 3. On the whole, the job stress of junior high school homeroom teachers in New Taipei City varied significantly with their “gender”, and “reasons for taking the mentoring post”. 4.On the whole, the job satisfaction of junior high school homeroom teachers in New Taipei City varied significantly with their “reasons for taking the mentoring post”. 5.There was a low negative correlation between the job stress and job satisfaction of junior high school homeroom teachers in New Taipei City. 6.There were negative correlations between each of the dimensions of job stress and job satisfaction of Junior high school homeroom teachers in New Taipei City. 7. The dimensions of “interpersonal relationship”, “student behavior”, and “professional knowledge” of the job stress had the power of interpretation to the job satisfaction of junior high school homeroom teachers in New Taipei City.
