中共兩棲艦船發展及兩棲攻擊艦之研究

摘要


自90年代開始,中共的海軍戰略由「近海防禦」開始朝向「遠海作戰」的目標前進,因此在2013年後,中共的水面艦艇如下水餃般接連下水服役,使中共海軍成為艦艇數量展最快的國家之一。 2012年中共在泰國曼谷的安全展覽會中,首次展出以全通式甲板排水量約為22000噸的兩棲船塢登陸艦模型,顯示出中共將朝向遠海兵力投射的兩棲運送力量。中共在2012年雖開始將航空母艦納入部署及演訓,但就功能上,能無法做為遠海兵力投射的輸具,因此唯有發展多用途的兩棲登陸艦,才能有效執行各種兵力投射的任務,在複雜的主權爭議環境中如南海地區等,作為兵力運送或者是人道救援等大型平台,以維護中共在周邊海洋的各項利益。 因此本文的焦點內容將會放在中共的軍事戰略、海軍戰略的演進,並且就中共兩棲攻擊艦的發展背景及相關任務運用研究,對周邊國家及我國的影響。

Since the 1990s, the CCP’s naval strategy has shifted from “near sea defense” to the goal of “far sea combat”. Therefore, after 2013, the CCP’s surface ships have been launched into service one after another like dumplings, making the CCP Navy the fastest growing number of ships. one of the countries. In 2012, at the security exhibition in Bangkok, Thailand, the CCP exhibited for the first time a model of an amphibious dock landing ship with a full-deck displacement of about 22,000 tons, showing that the CCP will project its amphibious transport force toward the far sea. Although the CCP began to include aircraft carriers in deployment and training in 2012, functionally, they cannot be used as vehicles for power projection in the open sea. Therefore, only the development of multi-purpose amphibious landing ships can effectively perform various power projection tasks. In the complex environment of sovereignty disputes, such as the South China Sea, etc., it is used as a large-scale platform for troop delivery or humanitarian relief to safeguard the interests of the CCP in the surrounding oceans. Therefore, the focus of this article will be on the evolution of the CCP’s military strategy and naval strategy, and the research on the development background and related tasks of the CCP’s amphibious assault ships, and its impact on neighboring countries and our country.
