美中貿易衝突下箱包產業南向經營策略之研究—以A公司為例

摘要

2018年中美貿易戰導致美國對中國進口商品加徵關稅。這一貿易戰對全球經濟產生了負面影響，導致經濟增長放緩。同時，由於關稅措施的實施，全球供應鏈受到重新調整，市場的關注重心也發生了變化。本研究將著手於了解箱包產業的現狀，藉由A個案的現況和商業模式進行分析，待分析出個案公司的經營模式然後以內外部競爭的態度後，再進行進一步探討，並提供具有商業模式和經營策略以供A個案參考。
本研究結論：
根據本研究，由於中美貿易戰和新冠病毒(COVID-19)的環境下，箱包產業面臨著轉移至海外的需求。個案A公司意識到僅依賴單一個國家供應鏈存在著高風險，因此需要更多多元化和分散投資風險的策略。個案將其製造供應鏈轉重心移到越南，再隔些時日，於柬埔寨建立另一個供應鏈。此外，他們還引入了獨特性的供應鏈增值服務，成功實施全球化製造生產的策略。簡而言之，個案A公司通過多元化和分散化的供應鏈策略應對貿易戰和關稅帶來的風險與挑戰，同時利用獨特的供應鏈增值服務在全球製造生產中取得成功，個案A公司成功的經營策略值得做為其他公司之啟思。

In 2018, the impact of the US-China trade war led to the imposition of tariffs on imported goods from China by the United States, causing a global economic slowdown and a realignment of supply chains. This study aims to understand the current state of the luggage industry and analyze it through the case of Company A, including its current situation and business model. After analyzing the company's business model and operational strategies, both internal and external competitive attitudes will be considered for further exploration. The study will provide a business model and operational strategies for Company A as a reference.

Conclusion of this study:
According to this research, in the context of the US-China trade war and COVID-19, the luggage industry needs to relocate overseas. Company A realized the high risk of relying solely on a single country's supply chain and thus required diversification and spreading of investment risks. In response to the trade war and the impact of imposed tariffs, Company A made strategic decisions in advance to shift its manufacturing supply chain to Vietnam and later establish another supply chain in Cambodia. Additionally, the company introduced unique value-added services in its supply chain, successfully implementing a strategy for global manufacturing production. In summary, Company A effectively addresses the risks and challenges posed by trade wars and tariffs through diversified and decentralized supply chain strategies while achieving success in global manufacturing production through unique supply chain value-added services. The successful business strategies of Company A are worth considering by other companies
