EVA交聯度最佳試驗設計

Optimal Design for Crosslinking Degree of EVA

摘要


隨著能源短缺,太陽能成為主要的替代能源之一,而影響太陽能系統的發電效能與壽命跟其結構成份EVA膜之交聯程度有極大相關。本研究對EVA膜分別進行太陽能模組最佳層壓試驗,再使用化學法以及DSC法破壞量測收集資料,以進一步探討問題。 本研究首先建構出一迴歸模型來描述交聯度與層壓時間之間的關係,由模型可推導出EVA膜的最佳層壓時間,接下來推導出最佳層壓時間估計量之漸近變異數,來執行一最佳層壓設計,以更準確推估層壓時間。最後,本研究進行模擬分析來探討最佳層壓設計,由模擬分析結果可知,模擬結果與理論是相近的。

With the shortage of energy, solar power has become the most appreciative choice in the world. The performance of the solar modules has great relevant with the degree of crosslinking for EVA sheet. Motivated the three lamination tests on solar modules, the study proposed a simple regression model to describe the relationship between the degree of crosslinking and laminated time. Then, given the specification limits of the degree of crosslinking, the optimal laminated time can be derived. Next, by estimating the optimal lamination time accurately, the optimal laminated design can be obtained. Finally, a simulation study was conducted, and the results showed that the simulated values are quite close to the asymptotic values.
