摘要

代工製造業使台灣的經濟快速成長，讓台灣有代工王國的名稱，全球化使得製造業開始被新興國家替代，產業進入尋求低成本及高競爭的模式，台灣的代工業也面臨轉型。
隨著科技日新月異，物聯網產品的發展越來越蓬勃，且筆記型電腦、手機與平板等產品之市場與需求逐漸飽和，台灣筆記型電腦代工業也面臨該如何因應物聯網產品趨勢的潮流。
本研究透過相關資料與文獻收集，對台灣筆記型電腦代工業的發展與現況做詳細的介紹，還介紹各主要國家物聯網相關發展情形。對於研發能力的提升，依照文獻分為內部研發能力提升與外部研發能力提升。
本研究針對如何提升台灣筆記型電腦代工業在物聯網相關的研發能力，於P公司邀請五位在產業有著許多的經驗的專家作專家訪談，收集訪談資料與整理後，將現今產業狀況與文獻中的方法做一個結合，找出了以下兩個命題：1.藉由產學合作可提升台灣筆記型電腦代工業在物聯網產品的研發能力2. 異業聯盟為物聯網產品研發的合作模式。
本研究藉由專家之意見，對台灣筆記型電腦代工廠該如何提升物聯網產品研發能力做出以下建議：1. 重點提升軟體應用研發能力2. 提升產學合作成效3. 進行異業研發合作4. 聯盟國外技術大廠與品牌廠。

In the past, Taiwan’s economy grown rapidly by Original Equipment Manufacturer/ Original Design Manufacturer, and hence Taiwan had been a nation of manufacturing.
Due to the globalization the manufacturing industry an alternative has been take place by emerging countries. Manufacturing industry come to seek lower costing and highly competition thus Taiwan’s manufacturing industry facing a transformation.
With the technology changing day by day, the IoT products become more and more popular and the market and demand on products of Notebook, Smart Phone and Pad gradually saturated. Therefore, Taiwan’s manufacturing industry facing that how to deal with the trend of IoT products.
This study is collected relevant information and literature of Taiwan’s Notebook manufacturing industry and introduce the developing and status in detail. Also introduce the major countries developing and status on IoT. For enhance R&D capability, according to literatures is divided into internal way and external way.
This study is focus on how to enhance Taiwan’s Notebook manufacturing industry R&D capability on IoT, invite five expert who Experienced on Notebook manufacturing industry to interview at P company. After collect and collate the interview data, conclude with literatures and status of industry then come up the following two propositions: 1. Industry-university collaboration can enhance Taiwan's notebook manufacturing industry R&D capability 2. Cross-industry alliance is the way for R&D cooperation mode on IoT.
This study was based on expert advice and give suggestions for how to enhance Taiwan's notebook manufacturing industry R&D capability: 1. Focus on improving software application development capabilities 2. Enhance the effectiveness of industry-university cooperation 3. Conduct cross-industry R&D cooperation 4. Alliance Technology giant and brand customer.
