運用體驗式學習融入課程提升國小學童情緒管理能力之行動研究

摘要


打開報紙或網路,我們可以看到許多與學生不適當的情緒管理導致的教育問題,學校是小社會的縮影亦是孩童學習的地方。學校中同儕霸凌和衝突的增加,反映了孩童在面對情緒時的困難。 適當的情緒管理以及使用積極態度面對情緒是至關重要的。 如果孩子們有機會接受情緒管理課程,使他們能夠了解自己的情緒和他人的情緒,進一步管理自己的情緒,那麼他們的同儕關係和人際關係都會得到改善。 本研究採取行動研究的方式進行,透過體驗式學習融入課程,提升國小學童情緒管理能力,實施八週16堂,一共640分鐘體驗式課程,以新北市某國小三年級一個班級為研究對象。研究以質性為主,量化為輔的方式進行分析。質性資料以課堂教學錄影、錄音、訪談、學生回饋表等資料蒐集分析;量化則以成對樣本T檢定進行前後測分數之差異性。結合這兩種方式以了解透過體驗式學習融入課程,是否提升國小學童情緒管理能力。 本研究結果如下: 一、研究者運用體驗式學習融入課程,有助於國小學童提升情緒管理能力。 二、循序漸進進行體驗學習課程,有助於啟迪學童思考及同儕良性互動 三、採用行動研究進行課程,教師經省思與成長,能提升教師教學與課程設計的能力。

Open the newspaper or the Internet, we can see lots of educational issues related to students problems of improper emotional management However, schools are the epitome of small society and the place where children learn. The increasing events of bullying and conflicts at school reflect children’s difficulty while facing their emotions. The appropriate emotional management skills and the positive attitude dealing with them are extremely essential. If children can have the opportunity to take emotional management lessons that enable them to understand their own emotions and others’, further managing their own emotions, then their peer relationships and interpersonal relationships will all improve. This research is conducted by the method of Action Research. Enhance the emotional management ability of primary school children through Experiential Learning course. Implementation of eight weeks with 16 lessons, a total of 640 minutes of experiential courses was taken in a third grade class of New Taipei City as research object. The analysis is based on qualitative research and support by quantitative research. Qualitative data was collected and analyzed by classroom teaching videos, recordings, interviews, student feedback forms, etc. Quantitative assessment analysis was performed by Paired Samples T-Test against the difference between the grades before and after. Combine these two methods to understand whether the Experiential Learning course will enhance the emotional management ability of primary school children. The results of this research are listed below: First, researchers use experiential learning to integrate into the curriculum, which helps the primary school children to improve their emotional management ability. Second,To conduct experiential learning courses step-by-step can help to inspire thinking and have positive peer interactions. Third, using Action Research to conduct courses, teachers can improve their teaching and curriculum design through reflection and growth.
