在國際體系的基礎上,中華民國(台灣)以其首都台北的名稱與祕魯進行互動。在這方面,兩國已發展出一種替代機制,使雙邊關係能夠更加緊密,而不危及各自的穩定。 目前,兩國以互設辦事處的方式對國人及企業提供協助,進行商貿、經濟、教育及金融的合作。 最後,透過本項研究,嘗試鼓勵兩國能跨越國際體系造成的不對等關係,找出拉近兩國間距離的方法,俾能妥適地代表自己的國家。
International relations between the Republic of China (Taiwan) and the Republic of Peru are based on the international system and the possibility of entering international instruments under the title of its capital city Taipei. In this sense, an alternative mechanism has been developed that unites both countries in such a way that they can come closer together without jeopardizing the stability of each of them. At present, both countries are united in a form of commercial, economic, educational and financial cooperation, which allows each of their offices to serve as a structure for the development of their citizens and their companies. Finally, this thesis aims to be a study that inspires mitigating the actions born from the natural asymmetry of the international composition between both countries and seeking to propose a solution to get closer.
