歐洲時尚精品產業永續發展之研究-以開雲集團「Kering Group」為例

摘要


從工業革命開始,人類採用無法循環利用自然資源的方式在生產與消費,從而帶動全球經濟發展。生態系統提供了推動時尚產業經濟增長的發展要素,但近十年各大國際組織紛紛指出其帶來不可忽略的環境影響,而歐洲國家在時尚精品佔據著領導地位,必須承擔社會成本及責任。在聯合國透過SDGs帶動全球永續發展下,時尚精品產業開始其永續發展行動。由永續發展理論之三大面向(環境、社會、經濟)做解析,歐洲時尚精品產業如何在當代社會實踐其永續發展。首先,闡明時尚精品產業之發展從而造成的環境問題,並針對該問題去闡述永續時尚,以利探討精品產業之永續發展概況;其次,以開雲集團為例,探討其永續發展策略,瞭解其公司治理團隊、管理概況、產業合作等等;再者,透過國際各大統計平台的數據與指標,採用SWOT分析法探討分析開雲集團在精品集團永續發展中的優勢、劣勢、機會與威脅。如集團旗下著名品牌GUCCI有針對永續發展的策略等,以藉此評析歐洲時尚精品集團永續發展之未來趨勢與挑戰。

Since the Industrial Revolution, mankind has been producing and consuming in ways that do not recycle natural resources, thus driving global economic development. Ecosystems have provided the elements to drive the economic growth of the fashion industry, but in the last decade, major international organizations have pointed out that they have a significant environmental impact, and that European countries have a leading position in the fashion industry and must bear the social costs and responsibilities. With the United Nations driving global sustainable development through the SDGs, the fashion luxury industry is beginning its sustainable development initiatives. Use the three aspects of sustainable development theory (environment, society and economy) to analyze how the European fashion luxury industry practices its sustainable development in contemporary society. First of all, it clarifies the environmental problems caused by the development of the fashion luxury industry, and expounds the sustainable fashion in view of this problem to facilitate the discussion of the sustainable development of the luxury industry; Secondly, Take Kering Group as an example to explore its sustainable development strategy, understand its corporate governance profile, management methods, partner cooperation, etc; Lastly, through the data and indicators of the major statistical platforms, the SWOT analysis method is used to explore and analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Kering Group in the sustainable development of the luxury group. For example, the Group's famous brand GUCCI has a strategy for sustainable development, etc., in order to evaluate the future trends and challenges of sustainable development of the European fashion luxury group.
