日臺技職教育比較-「職人」與「師傅」

同樣社會結構出現少子化的現象下，更顯出日本技職教育的完整，日本技職教育是先進國家中具代表性的，推行的終身教育更是受到各國教育界的推崇，教育體系所制定政策也為國家帶來相對應的人才，而國家更是藉由這些人才向國外發展，進而推銷具有日本特色的產品以及文化，而這股勢力也隨著國際間的開放，漸漸影響到台灣，出現在周遭的日常生活，更為日本帶來相應的經濟。反觀，台灣雖然也有技職教育的體系，但卻始終保持著正統學業為主的概念，導致技職體系漸漸不受到重視，因此始終無法將人才以及具有特色的產品推向國際。本文將說明先進國家傳統產業培育人才的方式與現行技職教育的關係，並藉由日本與台灣技職教育的政策演進以及現行實行狀況作為說明兩國之間的差異，及培育的人才為國家帶來的效果。第一章詳述本文之研究背景與動機、研究目的、研究方法、研究範圍與架構及研究架構。第二章從各個國家來看傳統技職人才與各國教育的方式，說明其國家教育的各個階段。第三章詳述日本技職教育的發展與現況以及與傳統師徒制度的關係，以及與就職相關的企業證照運用方式，並分析出現行日本技職教育階段，以極其重視的培育內容。第四章詳述台灣技職教育的發展與現況傳統師徒制度，以及相關證照的種類，此外，並分析台灣技職教育各階段之演變，以及其重視的培育內容。第五章針對日本與台灣兩國的技職教育階段發展找出其間與企業銜接的差別、證照所帶來的效果以及人才推行的方式。

In this article will explain the relationship between the way the traditional industries in advanced countries cultivate talents and the current Technical and Vocational Education, and explain the differences between the two countries and the effect of cultivating talents for the country through the policy evolution of Technical and Vocational Education in Japan and Taiwan and the current implementation.
