探討建構專業經營團隊之評估機制

摘要


隨著越來越多企業的家族成員不願意或者不適合承接企業,使得企業後繼無人而無法持續經營,因此專業經營團隊成員也顯得更加重要,企業需要重視與審慎面對且完整的建構專業經營團隊之評估機制,使企業可以順利進行企業傳承。 專業經營團隊的經營模式將直接影響企業的發展與績效,本研究論文欲了解專業經營團隊之評估要素,並以專家訪談的方式進行研究與探討,為了得到較多元的資訊,邀請了不同產業、不同領域的專業經營團隊成員以及學者進行訪談,並提供實務經驗與管理建議。 研究發現大部分的企業沒有完整建構專業經營團隊,也了解到企業組織文化與經營方針是否透明化、了解客戶需求的程度、工作績效表現、業務熟悉度、企業內部溝通等因素皆會影響專業經營團隊之評估要素。 綜合上述研究,本研究論文總結提供給企業領導人以及專業經營團隊的管理及實務建議,其中提供給企業領導人的管理建議為完善企業內部人力資源制度與系統 (包含選才、育才、留才的激勵制度) 以及強化企業內部的授權機制,則會強化專業經營團隊的建立與評估機制;另外,本研究論文給專業經營團隊的管理建議為專業經營團隊需要主動因應市場變化有即時性的應變與調整企業內部的管理模式以及專業經營團隊須對企業文化與經營目標充分了解。

With more and more family members are not willing or not suitable to undertake the firms, so that cause no one can continue to operate the firms, so the professional management team members have become more important, firms need to pay attention to complete the assessment mechanism of professional management team, so that firms could smoothly continue to operate the firms. The business model of the professional management team will directly affect the development and performance of the firms, this thesis wants to understand the assessment factor of the professional management team, and to conduct research and discussion by way of expert interviews, in order to obtain more meta-information, invited different industries, different firms of management team and experts to conduct interviews, and provide practical experience and management advice. The thesis found that most of firms do not have a complete assessment mechanism of professional management team and whether the organizational culture and business policy of the firms is transparent, whether to understand customer needs, job performance , business familiarity, internal communication and other factors will affect the assessment mechanism of professional management team. Generally with the above-mentioned research results, this thesis summarizes and provides management and practical recommendations to business leaders and professional management teams, and provides management suggestions to business leaders to improve the internal human resources system (including the incentive system of talent selection, education and retention) and to strengthen the authorization mechanism within the firms will strengthen the assessment mechanism of professional management team; The management suggestions to the professional management team in this thesis is the professional management team needs to adjust the internal and external business policies of the firms in response to market change and the professional management team members should have a well understanding of the organizational culture and business objectives.
