宅配應用混合多準則決策方法於據點設立之評選

摘要


台灣宅配產業至今已發展超過22年之久,人們對於宅配服務的需求日益增加,甚至近兩年來新冠疫情侵襲我國,造成宅配業者營收、淨利不斷成長趨勢,也產生多家企業投入經營宅配業市場,讓宅配產業更佳多元化,相對也形成宅配業者之競爭日趨激烈。宅配服務市場也應因業務量遽增下,必須擴增設宅配服務營業據點才能增加市場服務佔有率與提升宅配業者利益,這是每年宅配業者的營運拓展計畫與目標。而拓展營業據點必須要有完善的服務發揮功能,才能提升宅配服務之競爭能力,以宅配應用混合多準則決策方法於據點設立之評選,且也要確保永續經營發展極為重要性。 此論文研究也是經由相關研究文獻探討宅配特性與本文學生宅配業服務21年管理經驗,整理出宅配營業據點設立之評選共計有七大構面因素,本文中包括有:成本費用構面、廠區結構構面、交通服務構面、環境品質構面、人力支援構面、法令法規構面以及其他構面等。由這七大構面之中可發展出23項準則項目。並透過本文內問卷方式進行營業據點評選準則之重要評估、AHP分析層級程序法、多屬性評估方法整合計算,也因為清楚的分析架構,可操作的相對評比機制,可理解的數學計算為模式核心,容易讓決策者和決策關係人接受,這也是決策必須重視過程和結果的特性。

Taiwan's home delivery industry has developed for more than 22 years, and people's demand for home delivery services is increasing, In the past two years, due to the impact of COVID-19, the revenue and net profit of home delivery companies have continued to grow, It has also prompted many companies to invest in the home delivery market and make the home delivery industry more diversified, At the same time, the competition among home delivery companies has become increasingly fierce. In response to the rapid increase in market demand, home delivery companies must expand their service bases in order to increase market share and enhance the interests of home delivery companies. This is the operation expansion plan and goal of home delivery companies every year. However, the expansion of business bases must have complete service facilities in order to be effective, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of home delivery services. For example, home delivery companies apply the MCDM method to the selection of bases to ensure the importance of sustainable development. This research also discusses the characteristics of home delivery through relevant literature and the management experience of the students who have served in the home delivery industry for 21 years, and sorts out the selection criteria established by the home delivery base. There are a total of seven aspects, including: cost aspect, plant structure aspects, transportation service aspects, environmental quality aspects, human support aspects, laws and regulations aspects, and other aspects. From these seven dimensions, 23 standard items are extended. Through the questionnaire method in this article, the important evaluation of the selection criteria for business bases, the AHP method, and the multi-attribute evaluation method are integrated and calculated. Also, because of the clear analysis structure, operable relative evaluation mechanism, and understandable mathematical calculation as the core of the model, It is easy to be accepted by decision-makers and decision-making stakeholders, which is also the characteristic that decision-making must focus on process and results According to“TKU Personal Information Management Policy Declaration“, the personal information collected on this form is limited to this application only.
