中國大陸與美國的電動汽車產業發展比較之研究

電動汽車產業在21世紀已逐漸成為各國的產業發展目標，而中國大陸與美國也開始要發展電動汽車產業，中美之間已把電動汽車產業視為一個未來兩國競爭的一個重要趨勢，本研究透過比較中美兩國在電動汽車的發展政策方面、全世界的石油議題方面、中美兩國各自的民間電動汽車公司的策略與佈局方面，相互比較這些要素從而得出有關於電動汽車產業發展的結論，中國大陸在現階段的電動汽車領域已領先美國，因為中國大陸較早發展也與中國大陸的特殊體制計畫經濟的運行方式才能如此發展迅速，美國雖然較晚起步但是民間的電動汽車公司卻在創新的層面領先於中國大陸，從電動汽車這一產業可以知道中美之間的政體不同形成的產業發展方式的差異。

In 21st century, the electric vehicle industry has gradually become an industry target in many countries in earth, China and the U.S. also begin to develop electric vehicle industry. China and the U.S. begin to regard electric vehicle industry as an important trend. This study compares the way of the policy of developing the electric vehicle industries in China and the U.S., Oil issues around the world, private electric vehicle companies’ strategy in China and the U.S. In order to get the conclusion of the development of the electric vehicle industry. an unique project economy so China can develop so quickly. The U.S. develop electric vehicle industry later than China but the private company’s innovation is better than China. The different of the form of government in China and the U.S. make them different in developing the electric vehicle industry.
