新北市國民小學教師休閒運動參與及工作壓力之研究

摘要


本研究以問卷調查法為主,文獻探討為輔,旨在探討新北市國民小學教師休閒運動參與及工作壓力。本研究主要目的為: 一、瞭解新北市國民小學教師休閒運動參與之情形。 二、探討新北市國民小學教師所感受之工作壓力。 三、探討新北市國民小學教師休閒運動參與及工作壓力之關係。 四、分析不同背景變項教師休閒運動參與及工作壓力之差異情形。 五、依據研究結果,提出可供未來相關政策改革之參考建議。 本研究問卷調查是以新北市立國民小學之專任教師(含代理教師)為樣本母群體,依據學校班級規模及學校所在地區特性採分層隨機抽樣原則進行問卷調查。共寄發正式問卷470份,回收有效樣本共418份,有效問卷回收率為88.9%。   本研究之主要結論包括: 一、教師休閒運動參與頻率普遍偏低,其中以「戶外運動」參與的頻率最高。 二、教師感受到的工作壓力為中等偏低程度,其中以在「工作負擔」構面感受的壓力最為沈重。 三、就整體而言,教師休閒運動之參與會依性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、子女狀況、家庭型態、任教年資、現任職務、學校所在地及學校規模而有顯著差異。 四、就整體而言,教師的工作壓力會依年齡、婚姻狀況、子女狀況、家庭型態、任教年資、現任職務及學校所在地而有顯著差異。 五、教師休閒運動參與與教師工作壓力間呈現低度相關。

This study mainly aims, via adopting the methods of questionnaire survey and literature review, to explore the relationship between teacher’s participation in recreational sports and work stress in elementary schools in New Taipei City. The main purposes of this study include: 1.To understand the situation of teacher’s participation in recreational sports in elementary schools in New Taipei City. 2.To explore the work stress of the teachers in elementary schools in New Taipei City. 3.To explore the relationship between teacher’s participation in recreational sports and work stress. 4.To analyze the differences in the participation in recreational sports and work stress of teachers with different backgrounds. 5. To propose suggestions, based on the research findings, useful for the reform of related educational policies in the future. The questionnaire survey was conducted through the stratified random sampling method. In total, 470 teachers in elementary schools of New Taipei City were chosen as the samples of the survey, 418 valid questionnaires (about 88.9% response rate) were collected and analyzed. The conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. Teachers' participation in recreational sports was considerably low, and among the various sports, teachers’ participation in “outdoor sports” was the highest. 2. The degree of work stress felt by teachers was about medium low, while the greatest pressure of their work was derived from their workload. 3. Viewed from the dimension as a whole, teacher’s participation in recreational sports differs significantly, in terms of their gender, their age, marital status, number of children, family types, accumulated years of teaching, current administrative position, regional location of their schools, and school size. 4. Viewed from the dimension as a whole, the teacher’s work stress differs significantly, in terms of their age, marital status, number of children, family types, accumulated years of teaching, current administrative position, and regional location of their schools. 5. The correlation between teacher’s participation in recreational sports and the work stress of the above-noted teachers was considerably low.
