桃園縣國小教師生活型態與休閒運動參與之關係

摘要

本研究目的旨在瞭解國小教師生活型態與休閒運動參與之現況，並探討其生活型態與其休閒運動參與之間的關係。本研究採問卷調查法，以自編之「桃園縣國民小學教師生活型態與休閒運動參與問卷」為研究工具，採比例分層抽樣方式，有效調查桃園縣國小教師873位，回收率為85.8%。調查資料以百分比、平均數、皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法進行分析。研究結果如下：一、國小教師的生活型態取向依高低順序為家庭中心、知識藝文、活躍社交、運動健康、流行時尚取向。二、休閒運動參與的程度偏低，較喜好從事戶外、球類、健身類型的休閒運動。三、運動健康取向之生活型態者與休閒運動參與程度之間有正相關存在；流行時尚取向生活型態者與休閒運動參與的程度之間有負相關存在。四、活躍社交、家庭中心、運動健康、流行時尚等四種生活型態取向與整體休閒運動參與類型有正相關存在；而知識藝文取向與整體休閒運動參與類型有負相關存在。

The purpose of this study was to understand the present situation on lifestyles and recreational sport participation of elementary school teachers, and to probe into the relationship between lifestyles and recreational sport participation. The method of this study is the questionnaire investigation, and the study tool is the self edited ”The questionnaire on lifestyles and recreational sport participation of elementary school teachers in Taoyuan city”. By using delaminate percentage sampling, this study effectively surveyed eight hundred seventy-three elementary school teachers in Taoyuan city, and retrieval percentage is 85.8%. The data were analyzed by using the statistical methods of percentage, average, and Pearson's product moment correlation. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. Lifestyles are ranked as family lifestyle, knowledge, art, and culture lifestyle, social intercourse lifestyle, sport and health lifestyle, and fashion lifestyle. 2. The degree of recreational sport participation is fairly low, and teachers like to participate the outside type, balls type, and exercise type of recreational sport more. 3. There's positive significant relationship between sport and health lifestyle and the degree of recreational sport participation. One the other hand, there's negative significant relationship between fashion lifestyle and the degree of recreational sport participation. 4. There's positive significant relationship between social intercourse lifestyle, family lifestyle, sport and health lifestyle, and fashion lifestyle and the whole types of recreational sport participation. One the other hand, there's negative significant relationship between knowledge, art, and culture lifestyle and the whole types of recreational sport participation.
