國中教師休閒運動參與、工作壓力與身心健康關係之研究-以桃園縣為例

A Study on the Relationship among Teachers Participate in Recreational Sports, Job Stress and Physical and Mental Health- Taoyuan County as an Example

摘要


本研究旨在探討桃園縣國中教師休閒運動參與、工作壓力與身心健康之現況,並分析不同背景變項之差異,探討彼此間的相關及預測情形。以桃園縣公立國民中學教師為研究的母群體,分層隨機抽取39 所學校,教師人數共804人為研究樣本,問卷回收721 份,有效問卷696 份,可用率達87%。問卷回收後資料處理方式為:描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、典型相關、多元迴歸、結構方程式與階層集群分析等統計方法。   本研究主要發現如下: 一. 桃園縣國中教師休閒運動參與程度現況為中下程度;在休閒運動參與種類方面,以「戶外運動」最高,「技擊運動」最低。教師工作壓力現況為中低程度,以「工作負荷」最高,「專業知能」最低。教師身心健康現況為中上程度,以「社會適應」最高,「生理健康」最低。 二. 不同背景變項的國中教師,分別會有不同的休閒運動參與程度、工作壓力及身心健康狀況。 三. 國中教師在休閒運動參與與工作壓力之間,呈顯著負相關;在休閒運動參與與身心健康之間,呈顯著正相關;在工作壓力與身心健康之間,呈顯著負相關。 四. 以休閒運動參與與工作壓力可有效預測身心健康。 五. 教師休閒運動參與對工作壓力及身心健康分別具有因果關係。 六. 桃園縣各鄉鎮市在本研究三個變項得分中呈現不同群組。 根據上述研究結果,本研究建議如下: 一. 對教育行政機關之建議:為教師安排各項休閒運動研習,鼓勵教師參與;增加學校行政人員,並減少各班班級人數;推動預防措施,定期實施身心健康檢查。 二. 對學校之建議:建立休閒運動社群,打造休閒運動團隊;辦理各項交流會議,貫穿縱向聯繫。 三. 對教師之建議:培養運動習慣,維持強健體魄;精進教師知能,提升專業能力;學習紓壓方法,注重自我健康。 四. 對後續研究之建議:在研究對象方面可擴大母群,使研究結果更具貢獻性;在研究變項方面可增加如年資、任教科目或子女數等,深入了解其中差異;在研究方法方面可以透過訪談、觀察或個案研究等方式進行更深入的探討。

This study explored the current situation, different background variables effect,relationships and forecast ofteachers’participation in recreationalsports, job stress, and physical and mental health. 804 public junior high school teachers from 39 schoolsin Taoyuan County were stratified randomsampled. There were 721questionnaires returned, and 696 valid questionnaires were available; the ratio of the usable questionnaires was 87%.Descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, canonical correlation, multiple regression, SEM, and cluster analysis were used to analyze the data. The conclusions are as follows: 1. Thecurrent situationof participation in recreational sports of junior high school teachersin Taoyuan Countywaslow.The average score of outdoor sportswas the highest in types of participation, and the combat sports’wasthe lowest. Teachers’job stresswas at low current situation, too.The highest dimension ofteachers’job stress is “workload”, and the lowest is “professional knowledge”.The current situationof teachers’physical and mental healthis high.The highest dimension ofteachers’physical and mental health is “social adjustment”, and the lowest is “physical health”. 2. Teachers with different background variables had significantly different perceptions in teachers’participation in recreational sports, job stress, and physical and mental health. 3. There was a negative correlation between participation in recreational sports and job stress. There was a positive correlation between participate in recreational sports and physical and mental health.There was a negative correlation between teachers’job stress and physical and mental health. 4. Teachers’ participation in recreational sports and teachers’job stresshad the significant prediction toward teachers' physical and mental health. 5. Teachers’ participation in recreational sports had a causal relationship between teachers’job stress and physical and mental health. 6. In every townshipin Taoyuan County, the scores of the three variants in the study presented in different groups. According to the results above, the study offered recommendations for educational administrative institutions, junior high schools, teachers, and future researches.
