高中生自我概念、休閒運動涉入與學業成就關係之研究-以桃園市為例

A Study on the Relationship among Senior High School Students’ Self-Concept, Recreational Sports Involvement and Academic Achievement: Take Taoyuan City as an Example

摘要


本研究旨在探討桃園市公立高中三年級學生自我概念、休閒運動涉入與學業成就之現況,並分析各不同背景變項之間的差異及相關情形,進而探討三者因果變項間路徑關係和休閒運動涉入的中介效果。此研究採問卷調查法,以桃園市15所公立高級中等學校,共5,707位高中三年級學生形成本研究之母群體,採用「分層比例便利抽樣」與「隨機叢集抽樣」的方式抽取800位學生為本研究樣本,共有效問卷734份,以「高中生自我概念、休閒運動涉入與學業成就關係問卷」為研究工具進行問卷調查。資料處理運用平均數之差異檢定、描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關與SEM結構方程式等統計方式進行資料分析。本研究之結果歸納如下: 一、 桃園市公立高中三年級學生自我概念現況呈「中高」程度、休閒運動涉入現況呈「中低」程度,學業成就現況呈「中高」程度表現。 二、 不同背景之變項(性別、家庭社經地位、學校規模、學校位置)的高中生對自我概念、休閒運動涉入與學業成就之知覺有所不同。 三、 高中生自我概念與休閒運動涉入、休閒運動涉入與學業成就呈現中度正相關,自我概念與學業成就則呈現高度正相關。 四、 高中生自我概念、休閒運動涉入與學業成就三者間具有因果關係,且自我概念對學業成就雖有直接效果,但透過休閒運動涉入為中介變項對學業成就產生提升效果。

This study aimed to explore the current situation, different background variables, correlations, and intermediary effect among senior high school students’ Self-Concept, Recreational Sports Involvement and Academic Achievement in Taoyuan city. The method is the questionnaire survey. The approach in this study adopts questionnaires and uses stratified ratio convenience sampling and random cluster sampling. 800 students from 15 public senior high schools in Taoyuan City have been chosen as respondents. Collected data are analyzed by the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and SEM. The results can be concluded as follows: 1. According to the results, the degree of Self-Concept to the senior high school students in Taoyuan City is medium-high; the degree of Recreational Sports Involvement is medium-low; the degree of Academic Achievement is medium-high. 2. Senior high schools’ twelfth grade students of Taoyuan City in Taoyuan City with different background variables have significantly different perception in Self-Concept, Recreational Sports Involvement and Academic Achievement. 3. Self-Concept and Recreational Sports Involvement, Recreational Sports Involvement and Academic Achievement exhibiting moderate-positive correlation; Recreational Sports Involvement and Academic Achievement are high-positive correlation. 4. “Recreational Sports Involvement” is a moderate variable between Self-Concept and Andacademic Achievement.
