問題導向教學融入高中健康與護理科之行動研究—以新北市一間高中為例

Integrating problem-based learning into Health and Nursing lessons for senior high students: An action research of a school in New Taipei City

摘要


本研究針對問題導向學習之教學策略,進行高中健康與護理科教學之行動研究。研究時以「心理健康」及促進「性健康」單元實施教學活動,並分析學生的學習歷程、成效,以及教師教學的反思和專業成長。研究對象為新北市某完全中學高中二年級的一班學生,共34人,教學期間為五週,總計十五節。本研究透過課堂教學觀察、回饋單、訪談、學習單及其他文件進行分析。研究結果顯示,學生對問題導向學習之教學的接受度高。在實施問題導向教學後,能提升學生的學習興趣,讓學生主動參與課程,對課程的參與度和積極度提升,透過討論促進同學間交流與互動。學生於課堂結束後主動回家查資料,可以學到「主動了解」、「解決問題」及「善用工具」的相關能力。學生進行發表時,增進了「表達能力」及「重點整理分析」的相關能力。經由本行動研究,教師在健康與護理科教學能力和問題導向學習的教學法能力皆有所成長。

This is an action research using teaching strategy of problem-based learning on healthcare and nursing in senior-high school. We selected chapters of “Psychological Health” and “Sex Education” as our study program. The learning progress, and learning results of our students were analyzed, as well as the introspections and professional developments of the teachers. There were thirty-four students enrolled in this study, who were in the second grade of one of the senior high school in New Taipei City. The study program was five weeks with fifteen classes in total. During the research period, the data were collected through classroom observations, student learning reflections and worksheets, interviews with the students and other documents. The results showed the problem-based learning programs were highly-accepted among the students. After applying problem-based learning, students were more interested in studying related subjects, more active in participating educational programs, and were encouraged to have interpersonal interactions and communications through discussions during the program. While doing research for the program at home, students could learn the related abilities of “active investigation”, “skills for solving problems” and became “more familiar with searching tools”. Through presenstations of their results, their strengths of “expressions” and “organizations” were also increased. After this action research, the teaching skills of the teachers regarding healthcare and nursing as well as problem-based learning were all improved.
