摘要

本論文主要藉由分析中國大陸銀行業在海外與香港投資之模式與現況，以及兩岸關係、經貿發展現況與中共對台政策、兩岸銀行業與學者專家之看法來推論中國大陸銀行業來台投資之動機與對台灣經濟環境產生之影響。因此主要有三項研究目的，即：
一、分析中國大陸銀行業在經濟與非經濟因素交相影響下赴台投資之動機。
二、比較中國大陸銀行業於香海、海外之投資動機與模式相較台灣有何不同之處。
三、在兩岸銀行業資產規模、客戶人數以及市場份額上均呈不對稱環境之前提上，針對其來台投資後將對台灣整體經濟環境產生之影響做出評估。

而經由各項文獻資料之分析後發現，目前中國大陸銀行業赴台灣投資之經濟動機與其於香港、海外投資之考量相同之處為：擴大客戶與收入以及學習經驗，但在中國大陸企業來台投資規模尚小之情況下，目前則傾向於爭取台商客戶與著眼中國大陸民眾來台觀光之商機。至於在政治動機方面，由於中共稟著「一個中國」原則與「和平統一台灣」之大戰略目標下，對台灣實施之經貿政策，實際上隱含著「以經圍政」或「以經逼政」之目的，所以中國大陸銀行業來台投資實際上也隱含著上述之政治目的。

在對台灣經濟影響方面，目前並無任何影響，但隨著其在台辦事處升格為分行後，將直接與台灣銀行業產生競爭。中長期而言，若中國大陸企業大幅來台投資，中國大陸銀行業，將成為其企業最主要之資金後盾，以金融為先鋒，讓其企業逐漸打開台灣之房地產、旅遊、服務業、重要製造業之市場，對我國產業產生重大影響。本研究礙於目前為開放初期，尚無實際數據與資料可供驗證之情形下，只能做推論。但由於其現階段可獲得之經濟利益並不高甚至是沒有，所以很明顯可以得出政治動機高於經濟動機之結論。

This theses major through analysis of overseas banking in mainland China and Hong Kong investment mode and status, and cross-strait relations, economic development situation and PRC's Taiwan policy, banking and the views of scholars on both sides to infer motives of investment banking in mainland China to Taiwan and Taiwan economic impact in the environment. Therefore there are three main objectives:

First：Analysis of mainland china banks in economic and non-economic factors is to invest in Taiwan under the influence of motivation.
Second：Comparison of banking in Hong Kong, mainland China overseas investment motivation and patterns compared Taiwan what's the difference between.
Third：Banks on both sides Assets, on both the number of customers and market share are asymmetrical environment on, for it to invest in Taiwan after Taiwan environmental impact assessment of the overall economy.

And by the documents found after analysis of the data, Mainland China's banking industry in Taiwan economic motives of investment in Hong Kong, overseas investment considering the same as: expanding customer and revenue as well as learning experiences, but investments are small enterprises in mainland China to Taiwan in case, now tend to strive for Taiwanese customers and focus on the Chinese mainland people to Taiwan for sightseeing opportunities. As for political motives, because the Chinese Communists respect the "one China" principle and "peaceful reunification, Taiwan" great strategic objective, Taiwan implementation of economic and trade policy, actually implies "to contain the Government" or "to make political" purpose of investment banking in mainland China to Taiwan actually imply any political purpose.

In Taiwan economic impact, there is no any effect, but as its offices in Taiwan after upgraded to a branch, directly with Taiwan's banking competition. Long term, if the enterprises substantially to investment in mainland China, China banking, would become its most important capital backing, to financial to pioneer, let its enterprises gradually opened Taiwan market of real estate, tourism, services, key manufacturing, have a significant impact on our industry. This study due to currently open early, there is no actual data and verification of data available for cases, only inferences. But because of the high is not available at this stage of its economic interests are not even, so obviously political motivation is higher than the economic motivation of conclusions can be drawn.
