中國大陸金融銀行改革之研究

摘要

中國金融改革從1978年鄧小平時代開始，直到朱鎔基2001年提出宏觀調控，全面快速開放自由化市場，中國金融改革政策總共經歷了政治經濟上的分期：體制初構期（1978-1983年）、政策摸索期（1984-1993年）、體制轉變期（1994-2010年）。
藉由分析中國大陸金融層面變化的情況，顯示中國大陸金融改革有顯著的進步；此外，本研究藉由台灣金融發展的過程，來了解同樣由一個封閉的金融體系轉型為較為開放體系的過程中，中國大陸可以借鏡之處，從而發現金融自由化是一條必須進行的道路。中國大陸即將加入WTO，未來勢必更進一步的開放其國內的金融市場，其金融體制的持續改革與因應外來競爭之道，是未來觀察中國大陸金融體制改革的重點。

China’s financial reform era of Deng Xiaoping from 1978 until 2001, Zhu Rongj proposed macro-control, fast opening up a comprehensive liberalization of the market, a total of China’s financial reform policy has gone through four stages on the political economy: institutional structure of the early (1978-1983 ), policy exploration period (1984-1993), institutional change period (1994-2010).

By analysis of the Chinese mainland financial aspects of the change, the Chinese mainland financial reform significant progress; In addition, the study by the process of financial development in Taiwan to learn the same by a closed financial system restructuring process more open system mainland China can learn from, and thus to find that financial liberalization is a road. Mainland China's imminent accession to the WTO, the future is bound to further open up its domestic financial markets, the continuing reform of its financial system and coping with competition from outside the road, is the focus of future observation of the Chinese mainland financial system reform.
